My handyman recommended Aldefer glass as I need to replace the glass in my shower since it was an unusual size. When they were here to measure they mentioned they also could replace my kitchen windows. I was excited, one stop shopping. Well it’s too different departments... They had to come back and remeasure the windows, would not order until I gave them a 50% deposit (which is OK). They told me it would be 2 was to get the glass then approx 2 weeks to install. I had to call numerous times to see if windows had arrived and schedule install. Bottomline my 4 wk anticipated install was over 2 months, then the middle glass in the tempered shower shattered during install ( 2 phone calls and 4 weeks later shower complete). Kitchen windows still not right. Flys keep getting stuck between window and screen so I can’t open 2 of 6 windows in my kitchen. Terrible customer service. I have several more windows that I need to replace, they will not get my business. Truly awful experience

Alderfer Glass is a wonderful company to work with. We had a custom counter to ceiling mirror installed in our hall bathroom. From the moment I called to the estimate appointment to install of the mirror everyone was easy to work with an super friendly! I was on a bit of a timeline for install and Nancy was able to bump us up in the schedule where there was a cancellation. The install was clean and The finished product is just what I wanted and perfect! If you are looking for a reputable, local and easy to with with company call Alderfer! I will certainly be using them for our next project!
