I have enjoyed working with these guys. They always make me feel welcome and have great prices. Highly recommend.

Owners were so friendly and nice when introduced and once we had a problem with 2 matching recliners - would not talk to us over the phone. They sent the salesman out to see the Manufacturer's defective chair which had an indentation on one of the arms. He agreed that it was a Manufacturer's defect in the stuffing of the chair and said the store would take care of it. Then they sent out their "Repair Technician" who tried to beat the areas around the defect to move to fill the indentation. We finally said that was not going to work and the Repair Technician said there was no defect and that was how it was going to be. Then, another representative called and said they'd reupholster a new chair which we did not agree to and then said they would order a new chair which was not agreeable as we were concerned about the matching dye lots. Finally, they picked up the chairs and charged us a pick up fee for the Defective Recliner and the matching recliner.

Aladdin Home Store was very professional and helped us with our furniture purchase. Tom and Mary were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them highly. The quality of the furniture exceeded our expections and the delivery was fast and professional.
