Tim is awesome!! We loved working with him, as he listened to what we wanted and was able to design and build our beautiful mediterranean home and stay within our budget. He was always very professional and he made sure his sub contractors treated me with respect. He kept the job site clean and expected the same from all who worked on our home. If you want to work with someone who is honest, respectful, does exceptional quality work and is very knowledgeable in the industry, Tim is the guy you want to hire! Tim helped us remodel our home and we are so happy with the results! In particular, he removed a sightly arch in our entryway and made it look so much more open and spacious. One of guest bathrooms needed updating and he did an amazing job making it look new and modern. He also remodeled our kitchen and it is now my dream kitchen. He never needed to go above our budget, he finished everything on time and was very friendly and honest throughout the entire process. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing any home renovations.

Tim is an excellent contractor. He sat down with us and reviewed the work we needed done, came up with great suggestions and a workable budget. All the work he did in our home was professional, high quality, timely and stayed perfectly within our budget! We enjoyed working with him and appreciated all the effort he put into his craft.
