Air Zone Air Conditioning

This company replaced my ac unit in 2018 brand new. Everything was replaced. Less than a year after replacing, the unit began to leak refrigerant. This company since 2018 has serviced my unit more than 10 times to replace the refirgerant. They claim to have run every diagnostic check to locate the leak. They could find nothing. After there tenth visit they tell me they can't add refrigerant because it keeps leaking. They proceed to preform more diagnostic hat do you know, they claimed it was the panhandler leaking. They needed to replace that now. They replaced it in Sept 2021 for over 700$. It is now March, guess what? The refrigerant leaked out and my house has a been hot again two weeks waiting on answers. I was veery fed up with the unprofessionalism of Air Zone. Two weeks I argued with this company to figure this out. I haven't mentioned, I had to pay for each and every one of the visits. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for any reason. They will keep the cash flowing by any means. Do yourself a favor and choose another company!

What a nightmare. I had my entire AC system done by AirZone and they failed to pull a permit, I had to call the building department and then after 4 months they finally pulled a permit. Then its been a year and now my AC has leaked through my ceiling and ruined my attic and ceiling! I called them about coming out to look at it and they refused. I had another contractor come out and look at it only to find out AirZone did not "hang" the handler as I paid for, they have it siting on my beams, they melted an OLD PVC pipe to bend it NOT replace it as I paid AND it states in my contract AND the unit is out of Plumb and is now BENT! They are not willing to take any responsibility for the bad installation per Sean who I spoke with about the issue. Let the photos speak for themselves.
