Devin, Dan, Kage and Mason did a great job installing my new Simonton windows. The craftsmanship was more than I expected and much appreciated.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience replacing our home’s windows with Affordable Windows. In today’s world, Affordable Windows is a breath of fresh air. Their locally owned small company feel was a pleasure to do business with. From Jamie in the front office, to John Callahan in sales, to the exceptional installation crew of Devin, Dan, Kage, and Mason, all were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. John came to our home and was very thorough in providing information on the company, windows, and installation process. I generally hate dealing with high-pressure sales people. But our experience with John was a pleasure. I had to contact the front office a few times and all the staff I spoke with were very helpful, efficient, and wonderfully friendly. I’m very particular and expect work to be done well. All that I’ve spoken about with sales and the company are important, but the quality of the installation is every bit as, if not more, important than the quality of the windows themselves. Our install day couldn’t have been better. Devin and his crew arrived on time and did an impeccable job installing the windows and respecting our home, taking great care in protecting work areas, and cleaning up after they were done. All four of the installation crew were extremely competent at their craft and were also very pleasant and personable. Affordable Windows’ staff are excellent from top to bottom. We are absolutely satisfied with our decision to replace our windows with Affordable Windows and highly recommend them for anyone’s window replacement needs.

Affordable Windows replaced all our 40 year old windows and patio doors with new energy saving ones. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work starting with the initial consultation to the final installation. Also, staff was very accommodating to our snowbird schedule. Our installers, Dan and Kaje were amazing! They showed up on time, they were courteous and professional, they worked non stop for 10+ hours, and when they finished they hauled away all the debris, vacuumed up the dust, polished the new windows, and left the job site in perfect condition. I highly recommend Affordable Windows (and Dan and Kaje) for your window replacement projects.

We just had my windows replaced in our 100+year old house, and they look terrific. The craftmanship of the product, and detailed work by the installers Dan and Kage resulted in a window replacements that offered the modern technology of a double paned window as well as keeping with the integrity of the old Craftsman period home. I would just like to say thank you first to my sales rep and owner who walked me through the whole process and getting me the windows I truly wanted. I went in to this process knowing what I wanted or so I thought. After sitting down with their sales rep Jason, I was shocked to know the windows I wanted were no where close to what I need for the climate in Arizona to make my house more energy efficient and still allow the natural light to come in. I hate talking to sales people, but by the time I was finished with the whole process I didn't feel as if I was talking with a sales person or installers or owner what so ever. They all really cared about helping me get the best product for my house at a great price. I was worried about the installation crew leaving a big mess as I had been left with on another home improvement. Their installation crew was sure to look at every detail and after they were done I was really impressed. It was like no one was ever there. Everything was clean and put back in the spots they were moved from to complete the install. T Thank you to all your staff as this was a great experience.

Excellent customer service. Worked with me on scheduling install. Job cleanup made it look like they were never there. Love the windows. Handled iour arch window replacements with no problems. Buying more windows next year.

This company is amazing! The installers are on spot Dan, Adam, Ethen and Kage installed them flawlessly right before Easter I might add! The house is not done yet but, felt the need to send this part one of my final review. Waiting on a few more window and some doors. Amazing installers makes affordable windows shine!

We were supposed to have 3 windows replaced. We got a quote on 4 and they ended up ordering the wrong window for the third. They wouldn’t work with me to cancel the order for the window they ordered incorrectly so I had to buy it and then order the other window. They estimated 8-9 weeks on 3/9 and they didnt get the order until 6/9. They came with the window and it doesn’t even fit. So now we will be out another 3 months. With all of the extra money I spent on the window I didn’t even want and now all the extra time and inconvenience with it being summer and we have a 60 year old window for the hottest months of the year, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their prices are very good but they’re definitely at the cost of service that is not acceptable

I find it always easy to write up a complaint but seemingly less interested in following up when things are done right. This was an easy decision though and an easy recommendation to follow through with. Affordable Windows was Excellent. I make this recommendation due to their customer service and follow up especially with them having to deal with Covid-19 and supply line time delays. When things are working smooth, almost any group can do the work. “Affordable Windows” consistently went beyond what I expected. From the initial consultation, to the individuals that installed the windows, I found they were a pleasure to have in my home.

Affordable window were awesome to work with! Cage and Dan are the best, they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great! Can't wait till fall to open them up!

Affordable Windows has great customer service. Everyone we worked with was exceptionally professional and friendly; the customer service reps on the phone, the salesmen who inspected the home and gave us a quote, and the installers. The process was clear cut, timely, and well communicated, and all of our expectations were fully met. The windows are excellent quality and look beautiful. So much excessive road sound and heat are blocked out now. And our new French style sliding door looks gorgeous! Very happy with my experience, I'd highly recommend this company.

I love my attractive windows and my beautiful door! Not to mention my lower utility costs because of the increased efficiency they provide. You could buy more expensive windows, but why would you? You won't find better quality products and installation, nor more attentive customer service, than with Affordable. Jeff and staff are honest, caring, and communicate each step of the way. The installers are the best and pay close attention to detail. If you want quality products and high-level customer care at an affordable price, you can't go wrong with Affordable!
