I whole-heartedly recommend Affordable Home Repairs for repairs, construction and remodels. I began with a small project including a fence replacement and patio cover repair. I was so impressed with James and his crew that I embarked on a full home remodel including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, windows and doors, lighting and stairway and flooring changes. James was an active partner in every aspect of the project from beginning to end. He was incredibly generous with his time helping me with design, selection of products, shopping for products and construction. He treated my remodel as if it was his own home. James is a craftsman with many years of experience and is very knowledgeable about local resources. James is an excellent communicator. I especially appreciated his ability to help me interpret ideas I found on Houzz.com or take ideas I had and work to find solutions to carry them out successfully. He was thoughtful and patient with any ideas or changes I had over the year of working together. Perhaps most importantly, James has always been fair in his prices and accurate with his estimates and extremely ethical in all of his dealings in our work together. I continue to use Affordable Home Repair on many additional ongoing projects and have recommended him to several friends.
