Advanced House Plans

HORRIBLE! Wasted 13 days trying to get these people to respond. They would not return calls or fulfill promises. Terrible experience! I went down the road and spent more, to get away from these people.

The guys at Advanced House Plans are top notch professionals. They are creative and think outside the box when it comes to implementing a client wishlist into a floor plan. Aside from design, they have great customer service and truly care about the client on a personal level and not just another project. As an interior designer, I would recommend them for my own clients. They are a great team and wonderful people to work with!

We've used Advanced House Plans for about a year now. We've really enjoyed working with their team to purchase house plans, tweak plans and help our clients create their custom dream homes. They communicate great and help us when we're in a time crunch. We highly recommend!

Can't say enough about this company! We chose a really nice detached garage after agonizing over which one because we bought a historical home and there are strict rules. Once we chose it, we received it FAST! We made it in on time, went to the historical committee for approval and they required to change the roof pitch to match our home, then the town inspector would not accept it because we were altering a few things inside and hoped our contractor whiting out the small changes would be fine. Not the case. I was about to just give up in frustration, plus I could NOT afford to find a local architect to redraw what was already done but just needed to reflect a couple of small changes. I was told I'd be paying an architect between 2000 and 3000 and that was out of the question. Quick thinking I decided to call Advanced House Plans to ask if they could/would modify. Not only did they say "absolutely" but Jason literally was willing to get on the phone with my General Contractor, allowed him to explain what was required, quoted the cost which was a nominal 150.00 AND THEN HAD IT TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS! I don't usually leave reviews but it would be such a disservice not to take the time to let as many people as possible know about this company, their talent, professionalism and counsel. WONDERFUL! As a Realtor, I'll be singing their praises and referring them forever! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH ADVANCED HOUSE PLANS! We can now start pulling permits and I'll soon have a garage in my new yet very old historical home!

Tom and Jordan were amazing to work with in helping us design our home. Their professional insight, creativity and knowledge resulted in our dream home becoming a reality! He didn't just blindly take my specifications and modify the existing garage plan....he used his years of experience and asked some intelligent, relevant questions that definitely improved the design of my garage.
