I have hired The Original Chair Company on several occasions and they have exceeded my expectations everytime. Their sense of quality, highly skilled craftmanship and professionalism are what makes me want to partner up with them when my clients on the other side of the North Sea, hire me to help them create that special piece of furniture they are searching for. When I say professionalism I mean giving advice based on their extensive knowledge of traditionally crafted upholstered furniture, interior decoration and pairing that with my client requests. Some of my clients have fallen in love with a specific footstool that they want to use for a specific room and purpose but given advice to take another design that suits their needs and desire better and they ended up more than pleased with both the advice and result.

It was the first time ever that I have used 'The Original Chair Company'. I was very much impressd about dealing so promptly and efficiently with my order of two Trafalger chairs. Each step took place smoothly from the first inquiry I made till the last step of delivery here up to the Isle of Skye. I never will forget their great piece of advice they gave me on the choice of fabric in order that my chairs will looking better. And really, on the day of delivery I was very much surprised when I have seen my chairs the first time 'real' they were looking so gorgeous and so much nicer than I had the idea of it. I'm happy to have those two Trafalger chairs as my own which are made from superb quality and of course, 'Made in the UK/Scotland'. I found the service to be very courteous and professional, after contacting them for the purchase of a small armchair for a bedroom and having chosen a material from the USA, they dealt with the purchase and delivery so I did not have to do anything, the finish product is superb both in the style and above all in the workmanship. I would highly recommend them.
