My husband and I recently moved into a new home built by the Derose Family in Williamsburg VA. From the start of the building process. the Deroses were able to guide us on this new experience of building our home from scratch. Beginning with the Architect to the final product, our home was in good hands with the Deroses who had the best people to do the perfect job. Our home is beautiful and built well with no worries about any issues that could arise. Gerald their son is fast in response and has answered or helped out in any questions that arose. We are very happy and are now getting the decorating process underway.

Our experience in having Anthony DeRose and Sons, LLC build our new home was a gratifying and pleasant experience from start to finish. Having never built a home before we were novices in the process. Moreover, because of still working in PA while the home was being built we wanted a builder that took pride in its work because we would not have the time to be present during construction.. We couldn't have made a better choice. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. In addition, the advice in helping us make the numerous selections one has to make in building a home was invaluable, all while delivering the home on a timely basis and within the budget that was established. We are extremely proud of our home. Visitors to our home have also commented upon the quality of the construction of the home. DeRose and Sons built our home just over 6 years ago. It was the best experience we could have hoped for! Not only did they walk us through each step, but they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it...a rare thing in today's world. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship was top quality. DeRose and Sons did not cut corners nor stint on quality. Many details were handled without our even asking, including beautiful woodwork in places where we had not even specified anything out of the ordinary. They only used the very best craftsman on every aspect of the house and they insisted that the job be done right. The creation of our home was the ideal partnership between customer and builder in which all decisions such as color selection, materials, appliances, hardware, and lighting were undertaken cooperatively and creatively. The process was pure pleasure from beginning to end. Every deadline was met including delivery of the completed home, not only on time but a little early! We heartily recommend DeRose and Sons builders without reservation! Bravo!

A. Derose & Son built our house in 2006. We're as happy with our home today as we were then. The quality of work as well as the attention to detail is unsurpassed. Anthony and Gerald are onsite daily to make sure everything is completed correctly. Marybeth was very helpful in selecting the fixtures for the various rooms. They're great to work with and are fair and honest people who have very high standards for their work. The Deroses provided excellent suggestions and ideas to enhance the quality of our home.
