Adam Vetere Landscape and Garden Design

Adam has been extremely professional and efficient in helping us with our garden. He is responsive and creative and we can’t wait to see the design come to life. We feel that we could contact him again at any stage for professional Opinion or advice. He really is a leader in his field.

It has been such a privilege working with Adam on our garden. His vision for the space was beyond what we would have ever thought of. Taking into account our concerns and tentative ideas, he quickly came up with a design that enhanced the views and gave us a stunning garden that we love! Adam has exceeded our expectations and has continued to support us with help and advice, including a detailed seasonal care plan for the garden. We cannot thank him enough for all the work he did. Adam has been amazingly helpful for our garden. I and my wife had very limited ideas before we met him. When he visited our garden he created really interesting and practical design for us in very short period. It was just perfect for us and we started the construction immediately which is going to be completed in few weeks. Adam has a wonderfully designed massive garden which we had chance to visit. We loved every corner of his garden and will definitely visit again in summer when he opens to public for a charity event. He is an inspiring, wonderful person and we cant recommend him enough.

Adam has been excellent in his approach to our garden design, he has captured all our views and designed a garden so all children especially special needs children can access the garden like their friends. He has been very approachable and very sensitive to the project, and has looked at all access. I can't recommend Adam enough in his design, approach and more importantly kindness.

We asked Adam to help us with a design for our long but quite narrow garden that had been neglected for a number of years. We had a few ideas and knew what we wanted to include in the finished garden, and Adams final design ticked all the boxes! He was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and we would highly recommend his services. We felt he really took on board what we were hoping for and his attention to detail was excellent, the extremely professional final presentation was easy to understand and looked fab! Adam Vetere is an inspirational and intuitive garden designer. He got it right for us. He listened to what we wanted, put his creative ideas forward and found a fit that worked for us. We wanted a garden that was easy to manage, with flowering shrubs all year round, and with a woodland aspect. We enjoyed working with Adam Vetere - his professionalism, his enthusiasm and warmth, and his obvious love of gardens and gardening shone through at every stage of the planning and design process.

Adam provided a truely comprehensive service. His plant knowledge is exceptional and combined with a talent for innovate, but practical designs gives a perfect service. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. I cannot recommend Adam's work highly enough.

We approached Adam to help us design a family friendly courtyard garden. My brief was that I wanted to maximise the space with lots of flowers, evergreen plants and due to long working hours, it had to be low maintenance.. not an easy combination to achieve! The structural parts of the garden were a large deck for entertaining along with a pergola and central water feature. Adam designed the entire garden for us and achieved every item on the design brief! I am not green fingered at all and relied totally on Adam for the planting scheme both in terms of layout and choice of plants. Thanks to Adam, we did have evergreen plants, an abundance of flowers and even I managed to maintain it. I had hoped for some scented plants to enjoy on summer evenings and our garden always smelt of jasmine, roses and honeysuckle. We had vines and clematis growing along the pergola and something was in flower all summer long! I cannot recommend Adam highly enough. He is so knowledgable and was able to recommend plants and planting structures that I would never have thought of. A pleasure to deal with and you would be hard pushed to find somebody who is as knowledgable as Adam!

Adam is always keen to understand what you as a garden owner want from your garden and will spend time discussing how this can best be achieved. He has a very creative insight into garden design that will work for your particular garden. Advising on soil type and what plants will preform for you best. I like that way he combines both English country design and more formal, blending them seamlessly together. Creating interest throughout the year, with trees, shrubs, grasses and spring bulbs and seasonal flowers. Not forgetting interesting vistas with surprises at the end. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to his own garden which he opens to the National Gardens Scheme each year and for private group visits.

We contacted Adam to advise us on some garden improvements after seeing him appear on Gardner's World where he talked about formal gardens. We were not disappointed as he helped us with a blueprint design and his knowledge was excellent and his attention to detail really shone through. We will be using him to carry out the work in the near future and look forward to becoming one of his many clients.
