Painted entire interior including doors and cabinets. All different colors, beautifully done. Laid bamboo upstairs, oak on main floor and laminate in basement. Repaired copper pipes behind master tub, created new cabinets and doors to properly close off basement laundry room. Polite, hardworking crew. I would hire again in a heartbeat. This was a large project. 2700 sq. feet.

About Coatings and owner Mike Butt did a fantastic job remodeling my condo. I had a sprinkler head burst and needed to get the place put back together quickly. Mike was responsive and worked quickly and efficiently. He repainting the entire place, installed a new maple floor, carpeting and completely redid my shower from a fiberglass one to a beautiful and precisely installed tile enclosure. I was impressed with it all and also have since hired them to repaint my shop in Portland. I would highly recommend them. They will do the job right ! I have attached some pictures of my new shower. I wish I had some of the old shower for comparison. Give them a call for any painting or carpentry or tile work you may have.

This company was hired to complete a misc. list of projects in a very short time frame. They were able to complete all of the projects in even less time than expected and every detail was perfect. I have given this company's name and number out several time. All seeming to have had positive experiences with their projects. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

About coatings painted my kitchen cabinets bringing them back to life. They were very old and now they look like new. They took care of every detail adding wainscoting and trim. Very professional job. Cleaned up after themselves each day. Reasonably priced. I would hire them again.

Great job done on my roof! Mike and his workers are excellent and they clean up after themselves. Solid, honest hard working crew who can perform many home improvements.

About Coatings did a great job on power washing and staining my home. Mike is amiable, professional and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Once I was given a date and time, they showed up, did their job, and were neat and professional.

Mike with About Coatings did a fantastic job painting walls, trim, doors and kitchen cabinets. They carefully planned each piece of the job and discussed it all with me. Worked with my schedule which included some evenings and weekends. Put all furniture back when they were done. Cleaned up everything every day. Were very respectful to us and our needs in the house as they worked. They even took on some other small repair jobs and hanging light fixtures to make the space complete. I felt like Mike did the quality work on our house that he would have done on his own house. he is a bit of a perfectionist and that is a great trait to have as a contractor.

Being in the housing development field, I have worked with many contractor in Massachusetts over the last 30 years. I found myself needing some work done on my summer home. My brother-in-law gave me Mike's information. I found him and his workers to be one of the best hire I have ever made. They were fast on the bidding process, and came in right on target. They started and completed the job on time. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a project done without the headaches. That is why when I found I need a deck built the following summer I called them.

This company is reliable, meets budgeted amount, takes pride in the work they do. Paint and wood products were of good quality. They meet deadlines, and also do a thorough cleanup when the work is finished.. We had the exterior of our home painted, with rotting boards being replaced because we either knew about them, or when painting stopped because the crew spotted others that needed replacing. Repairs were done at a nominal expense. We hired this company to paint interior walls and ceilings as well at reasonable cost. The care with which they protected floors and furniture was wonderful. Painting crews were respectful and punctual.

Mike and his employees did a fantastic job of painting the exterior of our home including shudders, doors, trim, foundation, and of course the house itself. They were extremely professional and very well priced. They also were very efficient in completing this large project.

We had all the (very high) ceilings in our condo unit painted by Mike and his crew from About Coatings. Their price was very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. They arrived when promised and cleaned up before leaving. They were respective of our furnishings and did their best to protect our belongings. Their work was top notch and professional. The crew were friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating . We would certainly call them again for any painting projects, and would highly recommend their services!
