Jane and her team worked with us to transform our century-old downtown home. They designed an ideal main floor kitchen, living area and front/rear exterior entries that really open up the flow and light in our home. Their clean and modern design approach and attention to detail resulted in a distinct look and a functional space that perfectly suits our family.

We have had the pleasure of working with architect/home remodeling professional Alec Brown on a series of renovation projects. We appreciate his ability to be creative and insightful. He is very versatile and is able to reconfigure spaces in ways that we would never have dreamed of. Alec is able to interpret what we feel we need, balance our financial constraints and magically produce a viable and innovative plan. He is very approachable, responsive and supportive. We continue to be impressed by his positive energy, his motivation, his patience and his enthusiasm.

We asked Abbott Brown to do a full renovation of our summer house in the Annapolis Valley, and we are completely thrilled with the result. The house had a number of issues which we weren't sure how to solve, but Jane and Alec saw all kinds of potential in the site which we never imagined, and gave us a new addition which, together with some wonderful opening up and re-planning of the old building, transformed the whole feel. Everyone who steps inside falls in love with the house, and we remain so happy to be in such a bright, easy place.
