I had an excellent experience with Abacus Builders. They replaced my roof, back wall and built a private roof-top deck. They are professional, reliable, efficient, communicative and gave a fair price. I would highly recommend Abacus Builders and look forward to future projects with them.

Gerald and his team remodeled our kitchen, including installing new cabinets, backsplash and appliances, and they were amazing. From the initial consultation to the design and selection of cabinets and tile to the installation, they were thorough, professional and efficient. Gerald had great suggestions for colors and materials and the end result is beautiful. The project ran exactly on time and Gerald was very communicative throughout. His team worked cleanly and on schedule. Overall a great experience—I highly recommend Abacus Builders & General Contractors.

Abacus Builders & General Contractors was referred to us to replace the decking on two patios at our house. Now, we have the pleasure of referring them to you. Mark clearly heard our wants and concerns and problem-solved with patience, flexibility and an open book. Though our project was small, his crew was attentive, responsive and efficient, and they delivered what we signed up for. They're honest craftsmen and straight shooters, a combination that's hard to find. Thank you, Mark, Lua and Gerald.

About 3 years ago we first engaged with mark and his team at Abacus Builders to help us design and get permits for a 3-family building we wanted to build on a vacant lot in South Boston. We chose Abacus because they are not just General contractors, but also property developers too. This separated them from all GCs we were vetting at the time. Marks’ experience and guidance in bringing us through the design and zoning process were invaluable. The design team he assembled for us was great. Once the permits were all approved, which took a little over a year, Mark's team led by Gerald and Lua ran the project from start to completion. While Catrina and Marisol ran the design/admin in the background. We could not be happier with the final results. We would highly recommend Abacus for any future construction projects. Abacus carpenters and laborers were absolute gentlemen too and knew how to keep the job clean and neighbors' concerns always addressed.
