I got to know JY through a friend's recommendation. He is straight to the point and is able to deliver what has been communicated. During our meet up with the other IDs, all they did was throw some of the packages to us but it was different with JY. He sold us off with his explanation and how he can help us to have a house of our own. He is not pushy and finds out our preferences and ideas before coming out with the design, and he totally nailed it with her his proposal! During the renovation, he always keeps us updated through calls, Whatsapp and photos. My working experience with him was excellent. He also ensured that everything that needed to be fixed was done up properly before I moved into the house. His sense of responsibility meant that I didn't have to worry about my renovation. It was totally a stress-free renovation experience and we are very happy with our home!

Stay away from a company which do not value its customers! My experience with this company was the worst so far even though we haven't even started working. I was assisted by their designer Ben who I must say promptly did the quotation proposal. But then he became unreachable for few days when we tried to arrange the site visit. After 3 days he said that he was hospitalized but couldn't provide any proof for that. I understand that anything can happen in life, but I also know that some people are not honest. Another 2 days without any reply. I found myself at a very funny position to be chasing over a designer at a point of time when he should be chasing over me in order to get the deal and my money. I hoped not everyone in this company is the same so I actually wanted to give them a chance and I approached their office with a request to change the designer with someone more reliable. Investigation of reasons starts and Ben tells the second lie in his defence that I was shouting at him, even though all our correspondence was trough emails and whatsup messages. So he doesn't have any proof of any phone call record where I was suposedly shouting at him. Despite all that the office promises every day to call me back and inform me about the designer replacement status, but they never do that as well. Instead I need to call them every day. They gave me all kinds of excuses why none of the remaining designers can run my project, leaving me with the option either Ben or noone. Honestly would someone want to give the money and trust to a person that was caught lying twice and is unreachable at at point of time when he suppose to be chasing over a client in order to get a deal?! The ultimate response from the boss was please find another ID company. :) And actually I wonder why I had so much patience with them when obviously their attitude sends very clear message: WE DO NOT VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS!
