When you own a 93 year old home you need to have a quality plumber on your team. We met Pat several years ago and she has helped us with numerous projects large and small, including kitchen update, toilet replacements, leaky sinks, and broken faucets. . She is honest, hardworking and reliable. I trust her judgement, and don’t hesitate to have her in my home with or without me.

We had a great experience with Pat O'Neill Plumbing. She replaced our garbage disposal and did so quickly (as in next day!!!) and efficiently. everything is good as new and she was very pleasant to deal with. it's not everyday that you have a repair person come to your home and don't mind them being there. it was really nice to feel comfortable in my own home with someone working in it. very highly recommend and am happy to have her in our rolodex as homeowners.

Have you ever had one of those situations when you find that your toilet tank has been quickly fixed by folks by what is basically paper clips and tape? Basically some hacks that previous tenants have employed over the years that are simply just not working anymore? Well we found that in our unfortunate situation in the only toilet in the house last weekend, and had to find someone to fix the toilet situation for good. Communication is quick and scheduling is easy. Pat comes over and gets the job done after we installed a defective ACE hardware ballcock with a defective lock mechanism. She comes and gives us her professional opinion about which parts could use replacing, has all of the parts handily in her truck, and gets the toilet fixed up for good. The job took about an hour, and by the way she is a wonderful person to talk with. Last year, Pat was brought in to help fix our shower with low water pressure. She checked out the scene and gave us her professional opinion and recommendations, which were much more prudent and inexpensive than the last plumber who wanted to write an invoice for a $500 job on the shower. Really appreciate her expertise and honest advice over the years! Thank you Pat!

Pay is a complete & dedicated professional. My kitchen sink was leaking, and she quickly trouble shooted the problem and it was fixed in a jiffy. Next I needed a new garbage disposal and she installed a really excellent quality model and I love it. Pat is funny, kind & a joy to work with and I always trust her to be ethical and I always feel very comfortable when she's in my home working on the plumbing.

Pat is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has years of experience and knows almost immediately what the real fix to a plumbing problem is. She is also very frugal and will tell you quite honestly if something is unnecessary. And if it's repairs of older equipment, she has quite a stash of unobtainable part.

When our garbage disposal broke, we decided it was time to have a professional replace it rather than our normal DIY process. Pat was great from the time of scheduling an appointment, offering options, to finding a leak we didn't know we had (and wouldn't have found until it became a second problem under the sink). From now on - Pat is our "go to person" for plumbing!

I noticed a leak under my hot water heater and called Pat O'Neill. She came by within a half hour, discovered it could not be repaired and showed me why. By the end of the day I had a new hot water heater, and only then found out it was suppose to be her day off. She just didn't want me to go over night without hot water. She checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well, then sent me a thank you note with a Peet's gift card in it. What plumber does that?! She is the BEST. I can't recommend her highly enough.
