We were looking to replace our solarium with with proper extension and found 4K on houzz.com 4K ( Teo and Steve) came to give onsite estimates in price and schedule. They were very friendly and listened to our needs. Once everything was agreed work started. Everything was as scheduled and promised. They were very professional. The work site was cleaned before they leave everyday. They were very accommodating and efficient and met our expectations. We were so pleased with their work, we had them renovate our custom kitchen once they finished with the extension. We are glad to have found 4K and would recommend them to our friends. I have just finished renovations to the main floor of my 3000 square foot home. This renovation has been in the planning stage for about 4 years. While the project itself was pretty straight forward, finding the right contractor took that long. There numerous people that call themselves contractors in the GTA but very few have the expertize, organizational skills, and a solid network of trades people who can actually do what they are hired to do on budget and on time. Quite per chance, I called on 4K Developments. Steve one of the two partners in this company came to my house on time and quickly gave me some ideas that no other contractors had offered. Soon after, he sent me a detailed quote for two different options for this project. Ones we agreed on which option we were going to do, demolition of the kitchen and floors started. My family and I were living in the house through the duration of the project so the potential of becoming a very stressful six weeks was certainly there. Fortunately, every single person that walked through my door was respectful of that fact and proceeded to make the arrangements work. Payments were scheduled as stages of the project were completed and at every point, Steve and Teo asked if everything they had done to that point was to my liking before receiving payment. I never thought that vision for the kitchen and the rest of the floor would be realized. Now that I look at the completed work, I can honestly say that both Steve and Teo understood what I wanted and proceeded to make it happen. I need to give a special thank you to the team at Bertino Kitchen who worked along side 4K Developments to give me my dream kitchen. Finally a contractor for whom I can write a positive review!

We reached out to 4K to help us complete a commercial renovation project. Steve and Teo were a pleasure to work with. Their teams were quick and clean, always kept us up to date on what was happening, and most importantly perfectly on budget. Any change orders and additional work from the original scope was discussed and for the most part, they did everything they could to keep us close to the original cost. Would happily hire again for any future projects.

Although our project consisted of a small three-piece bathroom, it was a full gut job and reno. 4K Developments was the right, nee best choice for the job. They are a highly reliable and professional team who produce quality work. This level of expertise and reliability is critically important when the project involves structural work. Partners Teo and Steve, along with Henry, had an excellent handle on the job and completed it without any major issues. They were organized, efficient and respectful of the fact that they were working in our home. We have no hesitation in recommending 4K and plan to use their services for future reno projects – which need to be staged – within our old Victorian!

We met with one of the directors of 4K, Teo Kuljis, in February to discuss our plans for renovations. A complete demolition and renovation of a kitchen and renovation of a front room in our hundred-year-old house. Teo took careful notes and measurements and said that he would provide a quote for the work. We received a detailed quote promptly. After having considered quotes from other contractors, we decided to go with 4K. And we are very pleased that we did. We found that dealing with Teo and his partner, Steve Park , was a very positive experience in that they were personable, always willing to answer our questions, provided excellent suggestions and solutions for the sorts of unexpected complications when renovating an older house. We were also pleased that they started the job when promised and finished within a very reasonable time frame. They also assembled an excellent team of co-workers (tiles, flooring, dry wall, electrician). Each person did exemplary work. Our kitchen was problematic. We found Teo’s and Steve’s suggestions for remodeling the kitchen to be a vast improvement over the original. We appreciated the careful prep prior to the renos and all of the careful clean-up afterwards. They were very conscientious and competent in each stage of the two renos. Equally important, the cost of the renos was consistent with the quote where possible and when we requested additional changes, the extra cost was reasonable. Given that we have an old house, we have had many experiences with renovation companies in the past. And by far, 4K has been the best experience we have had. My wife and I are very happy with the new bathroom that 4K Developments were able to build for us. Steve and Teo did a great job in managing the project and have a great team of people working on the different aspects of the build. Everyone that we dealt with were friendly, respectful, professional and skilled at what they do. We appreciate that even though it was a relatively small project, Teo and Steve were able to fit us in with their larger-scale projects and got the job done in a timely manner - especially as the construction was happening around the Christmas holidays. I highly recommend 4K Developments and will be using them in the future.

4K was hired to construct a backyard sun-room addition to our existing home, we went over every aspect of the build, all aspects were met exceptionally. Communication was extremely timely, and any minor concerns where met instantly. The team is highly skilled and there is no problem they can't handle, or find solutions too. The Sun-Room is a great addition and my family is spending many hours in it, so far it's the most used room in the house. The build is on a solid concrete foundation wall, very comfortable 4 seasons, and is built (timely and on budget) more like a home extension, rather than an addition. I would recommend 4K Developments to friends and family any day.

We are thrilled with the work that 4k Developments Inc. did to our basement rental. The quality of work is exceptional, but what we appreciated most was the ease of communication, the knowledge sharing and the care they took with our home. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for a renovation again because they delivered on time exactly what we asked for, on time and on budget.
