Overall the experience was not what I expected. The customer service was horrible! The communication was nonexistent unless Ted wanted his money now! Would not use this company ever again!

Wow.. I built a basketball court, bocce area and a golf green in my backyard in Middleton and 360 did such a good job I ended up having them do all our hardscaping and landscaping. The results were spectacular. The whole crew at 360 exceeded our expectations that came from a neighbor who also used them and raved about the tennis court they built them. Highly recommend to anyone looking to add backyard recreation to their home.

I have a beautiful basketball half court installed in 2016. We recently had a rain storm that dumped inches of rain in a short time. The court shifted off its base. I contacted 360 Sports Ststem and Ted told me that the court had a “teeth” anchoring system and he had not heard of a court moving more than a couple of inches in his 10 years of installs. I told him that I did not see any “teeth” in the concrete, just somewhat rough concrete. He said that was the “teeth.” So my assessment is the court is anchored by its own weight and not any active anchoring system. I told him my court had moved feet and sent pictures. I have not heard back. It seems to me that in light of the types of rainstorms that have become more prevalent in the NE, 360 Sportsystems should re-evaluate the anchor system it uses for these sport courts.

Ted and Dom and the crew at 360 sports were fantastic with all phases of a recent project we completed which included basketball court installation, lawn repair, tree plantings and sprinkler installation. Throughout the entire process the team was professional, hard working, efficient, fair and honest. Ted himself is an extremely hard worker, very responsive and an excellent communicator. Ted was flexible with last minute changes and had lots of good ideas to help guide us. He was literally at our house digging holes in the dark on multiple occasions. We got second and third quotes for most of the work and Ted's prices were always fair and reasonable. 360 Sports came in at the end of a larger project we had ongoing and had the energy and skill to take it to the finish in a well thought-out and reasonable manner. We have worked with lots of contractors through the years and 360 sports was easily the most accessible, efficient, flexible and hard working crew of them all. We are thankful to have worked with them and will likely work with them in the future.

Ted is professional, reliable and goes above and beyond with every job. He managed a major sport court installation and landscape project for me and made sure at every step we were informed, happy and that all our expectations were met. I wish all contractors were like him. He took care of everything at 110%. When we hit the inevitable snags he was upfront and came with options for solutions. He was great.

My yards are the envy of my blocks both in Massachusetts and in Florida. My front lawns in Massachusetts were fenced off areas of leggy shrubs and scraggly, patchy grass. Now winter or summer, spring or autumn they're beautiful and green. But my yard in Florida is the best. Lush and green, with a fabulous putting green. Thank you Ted and 360. I am a very happy customer! Maybe next year we'll do a basketball court!

After calling to get estimate for ice rink and accepting the price,the rink was ordered,delivered and installed within two weeks and my grandson was skating after the first freeze. The process was smooth and easy from ordering to installation.Thank you 360 sports for a hassle free experience.

The 360 Sports team transformed by private roofdeck to a tropical oasis. Ted Renda led the creative ideas and design aspect to create this appealing resort area for lounge seating. The end product was spectacular and perfect area for entertainment. I look forward to working with the fantastic 360 team on future projects - my backyard is next!

My Parks & Recreation department assigned me to gather information about a putting green and hockey rink. During my research it became quite clear that 360 is one of New England's premiere installers for such projects.
