BRAVO LOCK & SAFE CO.

We paid for our locks to be changed, both deadbolt and to match the bottom lock and key. We received the deadbolts, but the owner refused to complete the agreed upon work. We paid for the full service as agreed in written correspondence. When we contacted the owner he proceeded to scream and over talk us. He refused to provide a refund or rectify the situation. As we were trying to come to an agreement to resolve this issue he continues to hang up on us. The owner/technician damaged a door that was not even supposed to be worked on, then when this was brought up to him he denied and yelled as us. We have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in our lives, and are in fear of others having the same thing happen to them. Please do not use this business for your locksmith needs, they are unprofessional
