I was very pleased with Two Palms Construction. Their workmanship is of the highest quality. They stayed on time and met our construction deadlines. Jamie, the owner of Two Palms, always answered my calls in a timely matter. His general manager, Dave, also shared the same degree of professionalism. Our renovation turned out great!

Two Palms was the best contractor we ever used. They sent us daily updates on schedules and tradespeople who would be working each day on our kitchen renovation and storm repairs. We had not a single dispute and loved having them in our house. They made sure all the work was done exactly as needed and agreed upon. We will definitely use them again in the future.

All things handled with care. Coordinated every aspect of a total renovation. Vendors referred to were excellent. Finished product surpassed my expectations. Working with these professionals a pleasure, they stand by their work. Taking the stress out of what can be stressful.

I have just completed a second complete remodel using 2 Palms construction of a 2 bedroom condo in downtown Sarasota , having done a one bedroom in the same building 2 years ago. Whereas the first experience with Jamie and Dave was excellent , this most recent project, being more complex and with magnificent views over Sarasota bay, required an even higher level of craftsmanship and imagination. They delivered on all fronts with grace and commitment from day one coming up with brilliant solutions to several design challenges. They are a joy to work with and their pricing is fair. They communicate excellently and bring a great sense of partnership to the project. They manage their subcontractors well and are gifted at creating harmony on the job.
