I had a small custom project in my guest bath where I wanted to bring a washer dryer combo unit upstairs. I ordered custom sized doors and they were beautiful. The communication is excellent. The quality is excellent. I would highly recommend.

This was our second order from 27estore placed between myself and colleagues. This was a large order for a new home in Coastal California and involved kitchen, pantry, laundry & multiple bathroom cabinets. We selected their HPL finish in signal grey and pigeon blue for the bathrooms. We then utilized their Kansas Brown Oak for the kitchen, pantry and laundry area. Boxes and doors shipped well protected and arrived defect free and on time. Assembly was smooth utilizing the provided instructions. Overall we find 27estore to provide the best mix of value, quality & customization. Their designer (Becky) is always a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with 27estore again in the near future.

A bait and switch. I ordered a base kitchen sink cabinet online, and the cost ( cabinet $536) with shipping was $718. However, I never received any confirmation so I called, and the sales person explained that all orders online are treated as inquiries and that a salesperson would contact me directly. We went through the details and he said that a quote would be sent. It arrived a day later at $959. I was shocked and contacted them. I was asked him to send screenshots of my order, which I did, but was told it was not valid . he cabinet price was the same but they added $100 small order fee and increase shipping to over $300.

I guess I’m the unlucky one here. I too was happy with my purchase of their kitchen cabinet doors initially. There was a hiccup with my order but it got sort of resolved and while I wasn’t super satisfied with the customer service, I was ok with the outcome and was happy once everything was professionally installed. After 6 months a door started to warp. Now it’s been about a year since they were installed and it’s pretty much every bottom door. They’re all warping at the bottom, chipping in corners, and showing way more wear and tear than the doors I had for 10 years previously. It’s so disappointing. The veneers are literally coming undone at the seams. Save your money and look elsewhere. I’m going to have to replace them sooner rather than later. It’s such a shame too because I was happy with the aesthetic but the quality is awful.

I love this online cabinet supplier! We just completed a entire house and guest house renovation and they supplied the cabinets for two kitchens, a laundry room and the primary bathroom. I was initially very hesitant to buy cabinets online but after going through their website and seeing how comprehensive and user-friendly it is, ordering cabinet door samples and having multiple email exchanges with Brian, the rep I worked with from start to finish, I felt confident to place an order. And, we're so glad we did. We got exactly the look we wanted: white flat panel cabinets with touches of light wood and black wood grain door fronts. They were super easy to put together and the price saved me thousands from what it would have cost to buy custom or semi-custom cabinets. And, the customer service was superb. Before I placed any order, Brian would go through it on his own to catch any errors I might have made (he prevented a disaster more than once) or ask me questions to make sure I had thought of every detail. He wanted specs for all our appliances so he made sure that any customization that needed to happen to make the cabinets work was identified. That was so reassuring: even though they have standard sizes, anything could be easily and inexpensively customized to our specifications. Anytime I emailed a question or information he needed, he got back to me right away. Everything arrived when Brian said it would—there were no supply chain delays—and was in perfect condition. Their packaging is virtually weatherproof and flawless. I would highly recommend checking them out. This was a delightful buying experience.
