Brenda shared pictures of previous remodeling projects that she had developed and coordinated through to completion. These projects were absolutely beautiful. Our kitchen project was made more difficult to develop because she never had the opportunity to "clear the decks" , demolish back to the stud walls and then provide our kitchen plan. This was a difficult remodel because we never knew what "hidden gems" would be awaiting us after any demolition took place. Demolition which may have and in fact did contain hidden gems of sloppy work by the original builder. Brenda quickly responded and absolutely refused to be sidetracked by the latest "news". She never lost her patience, or used the issues as excuses for not achieving our planned completion date.Setbacks were addressed, she maintained a terrific rapport with the craft people and sought a harmonious team effort involving all of us. Her professional demeanor literally used every setback as an opportunity to succeed. I hope that our next project will involve Brenda and the entire construction team led by Brock Garber. Working with Brenda was a wonderful experience. We have never used a designer before this project, and we are so pleased with the outcome. She got to know us, and our taste in decor before selecting items for our kitchen facelift. We were glad that she was able to return our calls answering all of our questions, and coordinate the contractors on our job. I've been working with Brenda for about 3 months now and am very impressed with her attention to detail. I have worked with other PSI's in this same position, and was not happy with dimensions they gave me to work with. Her paper work is thorough and easy to design by. This makes the process run so much smoother. Less corrections have to be made, therefore more time to work on new projects. She is very personable with customers, and willing to work with their ideas not just give her opinions without listening to their objections. She is not intimidating and listens to any advise I might have and encourages me to have an opinion. I like that we have brain storming sessions sometimes. We learn a lot from each other.
