While CDI was building our deck, Sam DeStefano was available and kept us in the loop. It was a different story once the deck was finished and Sam had our money in hand. A repair has been since required last Summer for one of the lights CDI installed. Since last Summer, Sam has made several promises and written representations that some guys would come out for the repair once they got the part. A couple of months ago, Sam wrote they had the part. Since then, Sam has ghosted us. Sam's conduct has been totally unprofessional. I cannot recommend CDI for residential work.

We installed your deck in May of 2021, we repaired your deck on September 22' per your request as your landscaper caught the corner and tore up the Trex boards. Now we're in 2023 and you have a defective light? Yes, I was going to accommodate you, but when I looked into your file I saw that the light was not defective in 2022 and
concluded that an animal probably got under the deck and nipped the low-voltage line. CDI does not give lifetime warranties on our work. I see that you enjoy reviewing companies, eateries, and events you attend.
I'm sorry you are so disgruntled as your deck is beautiful and we most definitely went the extra mile for you and Allison.

We were in the midst of a home remodel when a serious issue with water damage was revealed. The contractor I was working with was not working out very well. I brought in Sam's CDI crew to fix the problem. Seeing how Sam worked compared to the other guys was like night and day. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how efficiently his crew worked. Everything is expensive these days in home construction, but I felt that the price was fair (and MUCH better than what the other guy quoted to fix the same problem). I highly recommend CDI and would be happy to use them again.

Worked with construction development on a backyard transformation. Sam and his crew took care of everything from start to finish. Started and finished on time. Would recommend them and certainly would work with him again.

Superior attention to detail, experience and foresight to make astute, intuitive recommendations for preventative issues or to lift the first-rate to the flawless. I know that when they are on the job that I am partnered with someone who cares as much about my project as I do.

After doing much research, I hired Construction Development to remodel my home. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Sam was willing to work around my budget and provide an honest opinion with the requested work. Furthermore, Sam and his team were always available to speak to me in person when I had questions regarding this project. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
