Marble arabesque shaped tile by Waterworks covers the two outside walls. The texture and quality they convey is delicious. While the yellow cabinets are colorful, they also somehow read as neutral. The chairs are from McGee and Co.

A view of the beverage/coffee center with an extra sink. and a separate integrated 18" Miele dishwasher. The new window is trimmed in black to contrast with the white cabinetry. Pantry cabinets are to the right of the beverage/coffee center. The countertop is Eureka Danby marble and the hardware is Honey Bronze Knightsbridge from #TopKnobs.

This client wanted to open up their existing kitchen and create a larger dinning area. They also wanted a large pantry. Our team removed several walls and reconfigured the area to provide a walk-thru pantry and open concept kitchen. The open doorways on either side of the kitchen lead to the pantry.

Painted in our uniquely striking colour Stormy Sky, this modern country kitchen design brings a fabulous contemporary flair to a traditional shaker kitchen style. Natural light floods in from the feature windows, meaning our design team were able to introduce a bold and contrasting colour. The end result is an ideal room to create a stunning kitchen that’s perfect for family life. The kitchen needed to make an impact on entrance, so the use of material, colour and the position of the island were key decisions for the design. Not to mention the integrated wine cooler, located conveniently for the guests seated at the table.

Stunning transformation! We removed a diagonal corner pantry to open entryway into dining area. New Built-in refrigerator and microwave at children's prep area. Convenient charging station located at small prep area. Cooking utensil pull-out pantry located at gas range top. Beautiful marble waterfall-like backsplash at hood. We customized pet feeding bowls into base cabinet for Daisy, too! Cambria countertops finish this kitchen off.

AS A REFRESHING TAKE ON NEUTRAL, GREY CAN BE THE PERFECT CHOICE BECAUSE OF ITS ALMOST CHAMELEON-LIKE QUALITY, AND ITS WIDE RANGE OF WARM AND COOL SHADES. The Jackson II Expanded adds 353sf of living space to the Jackson II floor plan. This spacious four bedroom home has a downstairs study/guest suite with walk-in closet, which can be configured with a full bath and a bay window option. A mudroom with storage closet opens from the garage, creating a separate entry to the guest suite. A large pantry is added to the kitchen area in the Expanded version of the plan. Space is also added to the family room and dining room in this plan, and the dining room has a trey ceiling. The relocated utility room offers the convenience of second floor laundry and a folding counter. Bedrooms two and three share a private hallway access to the hall bath, which is designed for shared use. The primary bedroom suite features a large bedroom, a reconfigured bath with dual vanity, and a room-sized closet. A garden tub and separate shower are included, and additional luxury bath options are also offered on this plan. Like the original Jackson II plan, the two story foyer has a railed overlook above, and encompasses a feature window over the landing. The family room and breakfast area overlook the rear yard, and the centrally located kitchen is open to all main living areas of the home, for good traffic flow and entertaining. Nine foot ceilings throughout the first floor are included. Exterior plan details include a metal-roofed front porch, shake siding accents, and true radius head windows.
