We had the opportunity to come alongside this homeowner and demo an old cottage and rebuild this new year-round home for them. We worked hard to keep an authentic feel to the lake and fit the home nicely to the space. ​ We focused on a small footprint and, through specific design choices, achieved a layout the homeowner loved. A major goal was to have the kitchen, dining, and living all walk out at the lake level. We also managed to sneak a master suite into this level (check out that ceiling!).

Designed for our Mount Kisco showroom by Danielle Florie, this kitchen features frameless cabinetry by North America Cabinets (or NAC), Bilotta’s most affordable cabinetry line. There is a mix of finishes: the perimeter and part of the island are in White Dove paint on their Princeton door; the remainder of the island is a flat panel cherry veneer in their “Night Shade” finish; the hutch is a Shaker door in Rivera Oak laminate with the exception of the door frame and countertop which are cherry veneer in their “Austin” finish. The perimeter countertop is Alleanza quartz in a polished finish, while the island is Asterix granite in a leather finish for more texture. There is also an integrated walnut block on the island. All appliances in this “live” kitchen (built-in double ovens, one steam and the other convection; microwave drawer; dishwasher; pro-cooktop; hood; and refrigerator) are all by Thermador. Hardware is from Altas Hardware in a brass finish which complements the light fixtures above the sink.

A young family with children purchased a home on 2 acres that came with a large open detached garage. The space was a blank slate inside and the family decided to turn it into living quarters for guests! Our Plano, TX remodeling company was just the right fit to renovate this 1500 sf barn into a great living space. Sarah Harper of h Designs was chosen to draw out the details of this garage renovation. Appearing like a red barn on the outside, the inside was remodeled to include a home office, large living area with roll up garage door to the outside patio, 2 bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, and full bathroom. New large windows in every room and sliding glass doors bring the outside in. The versatile living room has a large area for seating, a staircase to walk in storage upstairs and doors that can be closed. renovation included stained concrete floors throughout the living and bedroom spaces. A large mud-room area with built-in hooks and shelves is the foyer to the home office. The kitchen is fully functional with Samsung range, full size refrigerator, pantry, countertop seating and room for a dining table. Custom cabinets from Latham Millwork are the perfect foundation for Cambria Quartz Weybourne countertops. The sage green accents give this space life and sliding glass doors allow for oodles of natural light. The full bath is decked out with a large shower and vanity and a smart toilet. Luxart fixtures and shower system give this bathroom an upgraded feel. Mosaic tile in grey gives the floor a neutral look. There’s a custom-built bunk room for the kids with 4 twin beds for sleepovers. And another bedroom large enough for a double bed and double closet storage. This custom remodel in Dallas, TX is just what our clients asked for.

The wood cabinets provide plenty of storage space and a modern look, while the gold accents give the room a unique and elegant touch, creating a stunning and timeless design.

Located in the heart of Victoria Park neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this kitchen is a play between clean, transitional shaker style with the edginess of a city loft. There is a crispness brought by the White Painted cabinets and warmth brought through the addition of Natural Walnut highlights. The grey concrete floors and subway-tile clad hood and back-splash ease more industrial elements into the design. The beautiful walnut trim woodwork, striking navy blue island and sleek waterfall counter-top live in harmony with the commanding presence of professional cooking appliances. The warm and storied character of this kitchen is further reinforced by the use of unique floating shelves, which serve as display areas for treasured objects to bring a layer of history and personality to the Kitchen. Inspired by the sunset on a nearby hill, this kitchen subtly emits a cheerful and harmonious glow of colour. Many levels of lighting aid tasks and ambience. The authentic timber cabinetry links well with the heritage yet brings the interior into the current era. Live edge timber shelving and a rusty pendant shade add depth and a rustic nature. This all ties well with the property's simple sturdy natural form. Clients benefit from a cooking zone separate from the casual seating, plenty of work-surface space and practical finishes for a real working kitchen. This project was successful in gaining heritage consent to move the boiler and add a doorway.
