Kitchen and Dining Remodel Creates Entertaining Setting

Compact powder room off kitchen includes extra storage for brooms and cleaners - Our clients wanted to remodel their kitchen so that the prep, cooking, clean up and dining areas would blend well and not have too much of a kitchen feel. They wanted a sophisticated look with some classic details and a few contemporary flairs. The result was a reorganized layout (and remodel of the adjacent powder room) that maintained all the beautiful sunlight from their deck windows, but create two separate but complimentary areas for cooking and dining. The refrigerator and pantry are housed in a furniture-like unit creating a hutch-like cabinet that belies its interior with classic styling. Two sinks allow both cooks in the family to work simultaneously. Some glass-fronted cabinets keep the sink wall light and attractive. 既存の洗面化粧台を新しいものに交換するだけのシンプルなリフォームです。シンプルですが、掃除のしやすさや収納方法、使いやすさが考慮されたおしゃれな最新の洗面台に交換するだけで、使い勝手の良い洗面所に早変わりします。
洗面所の空間全体をリフォームする
自分の好きなデザインやレイアウトに洗面所を作り変えるリノベーションです。既製品の洗面化粧台でなくても、洗面ボウルを複数にしてダブルボウルにしたり、タイルやミラーを付けたり、造作収納を設置したりと、カスタマイズの幅が広がります。自由にできるからこそ、ちゃんと考えないと収拾がつかなくなります。そういう時は、ぜひ建築家やインテリアデザイナーなど専門家に助けてもらいましょう。ただ、洗面化粧台を交換するだけのリフォームに比べて、工期は長くかかりがちです。
