The Major is proof that working on smaller projects requires the same amount of attention to detail, customization, curating materials to create impact and allow the space to make statement. Powder Rooms are considered a statement in every home and designing small spaces is both a pleasure and a passion. This small room has the perfect balance between the cool polished marble and the raffia textured wallpaper, with accents of metal highlighted by the brass fixtures and decorative elements.

Warm finishes play off sleek forms in this impeccably detailed modern bathroom. A dramatic wall-mount faucet is installed in a matching metal band that creates a vertical line between mocha colored concrete tiles. Water flows into a custom integrated concrete sink which sits on a custom veneer cabinet with horizontal graining. Photos by Peter Medilek

While the rest of the home is more transitional style design, the powder room is more classic. We had the opportunity to suggest a mirror and sconces for this room and they turned out beautifully!

This stunning custom build home is nestled on a picturesque tree-lined street in Oakville. We met the clients at the beginning stages of designing their dream home. Their objective was to design and furnish a home that would suit their lifestyle and family needs. They love to entertain and often host large family gatherings. Clients wanted a more transitional look and feel for this house. Their previous house was very traditional in style and décor. They wanted to move away from that to a much more transitional style, and they wanted a different colour palette from the previous house. They wanted a lighter and fresher colour scheme for this new house. Collaborating with Dina Mati, we crafted spaces that prioritize both functionality and timeless aesthetics.
