Desert Prairie / Powder Room

Drewett Works

Located near the base of Scottsdale landmark Pinnacle Peak, the Desert Prairie is surrounded by distant peaks as well as boulder conservation easements. This 30,710 square foot site was unique in terrain and shape and was in close proximity to adjacent properties. These unique challenges initiated a truly unique piece of architecture. Planning of this residence was very complex as it weaved among the boulders. The owners were agnostic regarding style, yet wanted a warm palate with clean lines. The arrival point of the design journey was a desert interpretation of a prairie-styled home. The materials meet the surrounding desert with great harmony. Copper, undulating limestone, and Madre Perla quartzite all blend into a low-slung and highly protected home. Located in Estancia Golf Club, the 5,325 square foot (conditioned) residence has been featured in Luxe Interiors + Design’s September/October 2018 issue. 洗面所に必要なもの

洗面所のリフォームには、大きく分けて 2 種類あります。

洗面化粧台を交換する
既存の洗面化粧台を新しいものに交換するだけのシンプルなリフォームです。シンプルですが、掃除のしやすさや収納方法、使いやすさが考慮されたおしゃれな最新の洗面台に交換するだけで、使い勝手の良い洗面所に早変わりします。
洗面所の空間全体をリフォームする
自分の好きなデザインやレイアウトに洗面所を作り変えるリノベーションです。既製品の洗面化粧台でなくても、洗面ボウルを複数にしてダブルボウルにしたり、タイルやミラーを付けたり、造作収納を設置したりと、カスタマイズの幅が広がります。自由にできるからこそ、ちゃんと考えないと収拾がつかなくなります。そういう時は、ぜひ建築家やインテリアデザイナーなど専門家に助けてもらいましょう。ただ、洗面化粧台を交換するだけのリフォームに比べて、工期は長くかかりがちです。

トイレに必要なもの
