Improvements included: 4 irrigation zones, Patio installation using Anchor Rinn Medino paving system in Beluga Gray, Installation of 12-18'' boulders, Installation of Chilton steppers & edging, and Pine bark mulch. Plant material and sod to be installed spring of 2014.
