Open Porch with attached sunning deck

This client wanted a covered porch to beat the heat with an area for sunning. We tied in their two rear doors with a set of french doors into the kitchen from the porch and the a set from the deck to the living room. This enhanced the lighting in the home and ensuring adding the porch did not cause the interior to darken.
