Brentwood

These offices were built on the outskirts of London, in an area where the campaign mixes the sprawling city. Old industrial buildings have been renovated to become headquarters. They now shelters offices and a large meeting room. Ash wooden ground meets the open spaces where functions are only determined by floor markings. The 150 sqm have been designed to maximize solar gain and the lowest possible consumption of electricity and heating. Minimal landscaping around the office echoes the simple forms of building. Les bureaux d’un siège social ont été construits à la périphérie de Londres, où de vieux bâtiments industriels ont laissé la place à 150m2 d’open spaces et à une grande salle de réunion. Le parti a été pris de laisser les marquages et des sols de différente nature définir les fonctions et les postes de travail. Le projet se caractérise par une efficacité énergétique remarquable grâce à de multiples techniques, et par un très faible impact sur le terrain naturel.
