New Residence, Rebirth from the Tea Fire

This residence is the new expression of a residence lost in the Tea Fire. Nestled on the hill it takes advantage of the stunning mountain views and the dramatic site slope to the North. In addition to allowing enough headroom for a basement level, the slope also allowed for a spacious crawl space that was soon filled with large water tanks that store rain water collected from the roof.
