Beginning with a statement copper door and entrance, this stunning townhouse epitomises the perfect fusion of medium density housing with modern urban living. Each room has been carefully designed with usability in mind, creating a functional, low maintenance, luxurious home. The striking copper front door, hinuera stone and dark triclad cladding give this home instant street appeal. Downstairs, the home boasts a double garage with internal access, three bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom and laundry, with the master suite and multiple living areas upstairs. Medium density housing is about optimising smaller building sites by designing and building homes which maximise living space. The distinctive transitional exterior welcomes friends and family with interesting peaked rooflines, stone pillars, stucco details and a symmetrical bank of windows. A three-car garage and custom details throughout give this compact home the appeal and amenities of a much-larger design and are a nod to the Craftsman and Mediterranean designs that influenced this updated architectural gem. A custom wood entry with sidelights match the triple transom windows featured throughout the house and echo the trim and features seen in the spacious three-car garage. This previously dated entryway required a lot of work! We replaced the staircase rail and installed hardwood throughout. A new front door with dual sidelights added more light to this previously dark entry.
