This photo: An oyster-stone porcelain-tile floor from Facings of America grounds the master bathroom, which features a custom floating vanity showcasing a Duravit sink minimally adorned with Graff fixtures and flanked by Tech Lighting's Manette Grande pendants. Overhead, clerestory windows ensure privacy while allowing in natural light. Positioned near the base of iconic Camelback Mountain, “Outside In” is a modernist home celebrating the love of outdoor living Arizonans crave. The design inspiration was honoring early territorial architecture while applying modernist design principles. Dressed with undulating negra cantera stone, the massing elements of “Outside In” bring an artistic stature to the project’s design hierarchy. This home boasts a first (never seen before feature) — a re-entrant pocketing door which unveils virtually the entire home’s living space to the exterior pool and view terrace. A timeless chocolate and white palette makes this home both elegant and refined. Oriented south, the spectacular interior natural light illuminates what promises to become another timeless piece of architecture for the Paradise Valley landscape. This new build in Battle Ground is the true definition of "modern farmhouse". Yes it's actually a modern house on a farm! The kitchen opens up to the outdoor entertaining area and has a nice open layout. The coffee bar on the side gets lots of use from all of the family members and keeps people out of the cooking area if they need to grab a cup of coffee or tea. Appliances are Miele and Fisher & Paykel. The bar-top is black Fenix.

An open design with a focus on natural materials ‘brought the outside in’ to this lake house master bathroom remodel. Green design is featured in the wood selections. Reclaimed barnwood defines the space with the beautiful and raw tree silhouette burned into it. Ipe slats, a Forest Stewardship Council wood, forms the curvilinear structure above the tub. Family bath: integrated trough sink with a removable panel to hide the drain, matte black fixtures, white Krion® countertop and tub deck, matte gray floor tiles. Cedar panelling extends from wall to ceiling (vaulted) evokes the spirit of traditional Japanese bath houses. Large skylight hovers above the family size tub; bifold glass doors opening completely to the outdoors give a sense of bathing in nature.

Large and modern master bathroom primary bathroom. Grey and white marble paired with warm wood flooring and door. Expansive curbless shower and freestanding tub sit on raised platform with LED light strip. Modern glass pendants and small black side table add depth to the white grey and wood bathroom.
