This flat had a fantastic view and a nice feel to it, with the light flooding through the wall-to ceiling sliding doors leading to a balcony, but was unfurnished and, for many viewers, difficult to envisage what to do with the large, long room, hence the need for staging.
The main objective of the design was to not obstruct the view. The visible wall around the glass had been painted in a deeper colour which 'framed' the view and helped draw the eye directly to it. All I needed to do was add some unobtrusive furniture - glass dining table and low chairs, almost monochrome colour scheme with a green accent colour, green in this case being almost neutral too, connecting with the greenery of the park visible through the window.

A project still in progress!
Three meter by three checked sofa, bespoke coffee table and vintage chairs.
The floor is a power floated concrete floor with exposed brick on the gable end wall. There is a feature wall/ceiling void of corrugated iron.
The electric's are all exposed galvanised steel.
The sofa needed to be family friendly and be resistant to the red soil that is common in the Stokeinteignhead area of Devon.

The sensitive refurbishment of this Grade II Listed property located on Hertford Street, Mayfair, London.
The work involved remodelling this lateral apartment to create an additional bedroom.
The non-original mezzanine was replaced with a new slim line deck constructed out of cross-laminated timber, reducing the floor depth and increasing the floor-to-ceiling height of the new principal bedroom.
A series of joinery pieces create separation between rooms that can be removed in the future.
