We designed this kitchen to meet the needs of the clients family, their love for the kids, their love of cooking and entertaining friends and family. We created a not only functional space but one that allows everyone an opportunity to be part of the magic that happens in the kitchen. This kitchen features multiple back splashes. Above the stove is subway tile called Man about you, color Playful while the back splash over the counter is Dwyer 12 hour Dusk Glass tiles. The perimeter counter top is Black wood gran with a Rock profile. The island is Cambria Britanica. Again, the island is a dark grey while the perimeter cabinets are white. Easy access from the garage thru a mudroom for the grand kids.

This kitchen proves small East sac bungalows can have high function and all the storage of a larger kitchen. A large peninsula overlooks the dining and living room for an open concept. A lower countertop areas gives prep surface for baking and use of small appliances. Geometric hexite tiles by fireclay are finished with pale blue grout, which complements the upper cabinets. The same hexite pattern was recreated by a local artist on the refrigerator panes. A textured striped linen fabric by Ralph Lauren was selected for the interior clerestory windows of the wall cabinets. Large plank french oak flooring ties the whole home together. A custom Nar designed walnut dining table was crafted to be perfectly sized for the dining room. Eclectic furnishings with leather, steel, brass, and linen textures bring contemporary living to this classic bungalow. A reclaimed piano string board was repurposed as a large format coffee table. Every square inch of this home was optimized with storage including the custom dresser hutch with vanity counter. This petite bath is finished with caviar painted walls, walnut cabinetry, and a retro globe light bar. We think all splashes should have a swoop! The mitered countertop ledge is the clients’ favorite feature of this bath.

Stunning basement cellar in the heart of Southsea, Hampshire. Beautiful use of the space underground and still capturing the courtyard garden within easy access of the kitchen and snug area. Remarkable that we are underground but the light still pours in from the open space outside. Perfect marriage of basement/cellar living, linked to outdoor life. Everything revolves around the 3.9m long island which allows you to cook and serve your guest and still be social, rather than cut off form the party. The island has vast storage on both sides of the island and includes, a pull-out bins system, drawers, wine cooler and enough seating for 6 people or just a romantic meal for two.
