Check out this beautiful kitchen remodeling project we just completed in Bal Harbour, FL. The homeowner contacted us from Argentina because she wanted to do the refacing of the kitchen in her apartment. She had a great surprise when we answered her call, and someone answered her not only in Spanish, but also with an Argentine accent. She was wanting to give a modern look to her beautiful beachfront apartment. She went with slab doors with a glossy white finish that give more space to a small kitchen.

This JT Classic in Corian® bespoke kitchen was installed in our clients' London residence as part of a complete refurbishment undertaken by Nash Baker Architects. A key element of the brief was to design a completely fitted kitchen yet not disturb the interior architecture of the Grade II-listed building. As part of our response to this we introduced a new feature in the form of 'coved' Corian® upstands at the worktop edges - a simple yet elegant and effective design detail. Project consisted of a full-gut renovation in a Chelsea apartment in New York City. This is the dining/kitchen area. The entire kitchen is new.

Pour la rénovation complète de ce studio, le brief des propriétaires était clair : que la surface accueille tous les équipements d’un grand appartement. La répartition des espaces était néanmoins contrainte par l’emplacement de deux fenêtres en L, et celui des évacuations de plomberie positionnées à l’entrée, ne laissant pas une grande liberté d’action. Pari tenu pour l’équipe d’Ameo Concept : une cuisine offrant deux plans de travail avec tout l’électroménager nécessaire (lave linge, four, lave vaisselle, plaque de cuisson), une salle d’eau harmonieuse tout en courbes, une alcôve nuit indépendante et intime où des rideaux délimitent l’espace. Enfin, une pièce à vivre fonctionnelle et chaleureuse, comportant un espace dînatoire avec banquette coffre, sans oublier le salon offrant deux couchages complémentaires. Une rénovation clé en main, où les moindres détails ont été pensés pour valoriser le bien.

We decided to use a separate induction cooktop and wall oven, so that the countertop could wrap completely around the cooktop surface. The range hood is a slimline model from Faber, and turns on when it is pulled out from the wall.

The owners of this outdated 1960’s kitchen were ready for a change and sought out Renovisions after seeing one of their eye-catching ads in South Shore Living Magazine. It was time to start fresh with a cleaner and brighter look with more functional storage. The professionals at Renovisions worked as a team to accommodate their wishes while being mindful of their existing traditional styled furnishings. Keeping a similar layout, the old cabinets, flooring, countertops, door, window and appliances were removed as well as the wall between the kitchen and dining room to accommodate additional cabinets while creating an L for more useful countertop space. Replacing the worn stained wooden door and double hung window with a new prairie-style window and breezeway door in white finish was the first order of business. By replacing the tired vinyl floor with new oak wood floors the space became warm & inviting. The beautiful new white painted shaker-style cabinets look fabulous with the natural ivory-tan blend granite countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances. Simple, yet elegant white subway tiles provide a serene and open feel to the space. Creating a small niche area behind the slide-in range was also at the top of our clients list to accommodate the spices they use daily, turning an ordinary look to extraordinary. Pesto change-o, as if by magic Renovisions transformed this dated tight-fit kitchen into a warm and inviting better functioning space that is definitely pleasing to the eyes of these homeowners who are thrilled with the end result and grateful for the high quality work along with the professional manner in which their project was completed. “Thanks to you, Ed, Mike, and Liz for all your hard work.
