Every bit of space is maximized for storage. Kitchen also includes distributed video and music, and an automated Lutron lighting control system, all installed by Media Rooms Inc.

Restaurar un hidráluico es algo delicado y costoso, pero es un suelo único e irrepetible. Es un tratamiento que consiste en limpiar, pulir, sellar e impermeabilizar. Un équipement haut de gamme pour une cuisine de qualité. Mr & Mme D souhaitaient rénover leur ancienne cuisine. La priorité numéro 1 : un lave-vaisselle en hauteur pour éviter de se pencher en permanence pour le remplir et le vider. L’avantage du sur-mesure, c’est que tout est adapté selon vos goûts, vos envies et vos besoins quotidiens. J’ai donc intégré le lave-vaisselle dans une belle colonne et travaillé l’ensemble de la cuisine de manière à libérer les mouvements et les contraintes ! Le célèbre mur d’armoires intègre les électroménagers au millimètre, sans bandeau et avec trois portes hautes alignées. On retrouve des prises USB encastrées dans le granit du plan de travail. Un plan de travail avec une cuve sous plan et deux bacs associés à un mitigeur en Inox Massif. La hotte sur-mesure, elle aussi en Inox, avec moteur déporté garantit un niveau sonore réduit, même lorsqu’elle est poussée à son maximum. Et que dire du four vapeur Whirlpool. Un petit bijou qui permet, grâce à une sonde wifi, de contrôler la cuisson des plats à distance depuis son smartphone ! Une belle cuisine italienne laquée sans poignée, aux finitions impeccables qui s’intègre parfaitement dans l’espace. Nos clients occupaient déjà cet appartement mais souhaitaient une rénovation au niveau de la cuisine qui était isolée et donc inexploitée. Ayant déjà des connaissances en matière d'immobilier, ils avaient une idée précise de ce qu'ils recherchaient. Ils ont utilisé le modalisateur 3D d'IKEA pour créer leur cuisine en choisissant les meubles et le plan de travail. Nous avons déposé le mur porteur qui séparait la cuisine du salon pour ouvrir les espaces. Afin de soutenir la structure, nos experts ont installé une poutre métallique type UPN. Cette dernière étant trop grande (5M de mur à remplacer !), nous avons dû l'apporter en plusieurs morceaux pour la re-boulonner, percer et l'assembler sur place. Des travaux de plomberie et d'électricité ont été nécessaires pour raccorder le lave-vaisselle et faire passer les câbles des spots dans le faux-plafond créé pour l'occasion. Nous avons également retravaillé le plan de travail pour qu'il se fonde parfaitement avec la cuisine. Enfin, nos clients ont profité de nos services pour rattraper une petite étourderie. Ils ont eu un coup de cœur pour un canapé @laredouteinterieurs en solde. Lors de la livraison, ils se rendent compte que le canapé dépasse du mur de 30cm ! Nous avons alors installé une jolie verrière pour rattraper la chose.
