This creative transitional space was transformed from a very dated layout that did not function well for our homeowners - who enjoy cooking for both their family and friends. They found themselves cooking on a 30" by 36" tiny island in an area that had much more potential. A completely new floor plan was in order. An unnecessary hallway was removed to create additional space and a new traffic pattern. New doorways were created for access from the garage and to the laundry. Just a couple of highlights in this all Thermador appliance professional kitchen are the 10 ft island with two dishwashers (also note the heated tile area on the functional side of the island), double floor to ceiling pull-out pantries flanking the refrigerator, stylish soffited area at the range complete with burnished steel, niches and shelving for storage. We reimagined this kitchen to prioritize entertaining and connection to the dining room. The curved lines of the countertop and oval shape of the tulip table enable flow and maximize seating. Featured in the kitchen are; a black Bertazonni hood, stainless steel electric range, black soapstone countertop, custom brass and glass shelves, barstools, and brass accents. The dining room includes modern linear lighting, a custom banquette, and ochre colored dining chairs.

We are incredibly delighted to present the following project to our fans! This full home remodel exemplifies luxury in every way. The expansive kitchen features two large islands perfect for prepping and servicing large gatherings, floor to ceiling cabinetry for abundant storage and display purposes, and Cambria quartz countertops for durability and luster. The master bath screams elegance with beautiful tile work throughout, which is easily visible through the large glass panes. The brushed stroke cabinetry adds contrast from the white soaking tub which is front and center. Truly a spa retreat that is a sanctuary. This kitchen was your typical builder basic design. Lot's of cabinets with no thought for function. An odd shaped island that took up space, but didn't provide much storage. We straightened out the island to create more storage and loads of function. It now has the sink, dishwasher, trash center, bookcase, mixer cabinet and microwave drawer plus more! We removed the wall double ovens and added a 48" range instead. This allowed us to flank either side of the fridge with roll out pantry cabinets. An appliance garage was added to the corner. The range has a custom hood over it that blends seamlessly with the cabinets. The client needed a space to sit and check the mail so we created an office space at the end of the wall. Behind the blinds is a new 10' slider for access to the patio. Luxury vinyl plank flooring went in throughout the house. Custom pendant lights were hung in clusters of three above the island. The kitchen was painted Accessible Beige by SW.
