The four colours in the kitchen work wonderfully well together; the warmth of the wood panelling and the quirky purple splashback work with the Sand Grey and Grey cabinetry seamlessly.

This project was a collaboration with a contractor we have partnered with for years to create a unique home for him and his family. Shane and Anna Butterick of GSB Building are from New Zealand, and this influenced a great deal of the design decisions on the project. The choice of materials such as the wood finishes and the decision to leave steel beams exposed are influenced by a desire to remind them of a South Island style. The project is centred around a self-build mentality. We achieved planning for a full width and side return extension, with full height steel doors adding an industrial style to this typical Victorian brick terraced house. The ground floor has been entirely reconfigured, to create one large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The tall metal doors open onto a small but perfectly formed courtyard garden. At the upper level, a luxury master suite has been created, with a large free-standing bath its centrepiece. We were also able to extend the loft to create a new bedroom with ensuite. Much of the interior design is the result of Anna’s eclectic style and attention to detail. Shane and his team took responsibility for building the project and creating a very high-end finish. This project was a truly collaborative effort.

This Woodways contemporary kitchen uses a high gloss acrylic material in the island and some of the perimeter cabinetry to contrast the warm wood tones in the remaining cabinets. Moderne, minimalistische Wohnküche von SieMatic aus der Designlinie PURE. Verarbeitete Materialien sind ein ausdrucksstarker Eicheparkettboden mit einer hellen Küchenfront und dunklem Naturstein kombiniert. Dabei bleibt auch bei einer gebürsteten Oberfläche diese Arbeitsplatte pflegeleicht und angenehm zu fühlen. Die matt lackierte Frontoberfläche hat zudem einen Samt - Toucheffekt, welcher ebenso zu einem sehr leichtem Reinigen beiträgt. Beste Gerätetechnik von Bosch, Dunavox und MIELE runden diese schöne Küche ab mach diesen Lebensraum zu einem echten Unikat.

Diese Küche passt prima zu dem großen Raum. Die Kundin ist Architektin und hat sich für eine sehr individuelle Nischengestaltung entschieden: Auf der Rückseite der großen beleuchteten Nische ist ein Foto von der Baustelle des Hauses. Mittlerweile ist alles fertig, aber dieses Foto ist eine besondere Erinnerung.

This project has been created in collaboration with a European interior designer. The glass countertop has been made of 1 1/2” glass with a “Black Onyx” treatment. The use of a textured edge finish for exposed edges compliments the uniqueness of the product. The LED lights add volume to the countertop and fulfill it with an essential charm. The glass tabletop has been made of 1” Ultra Clear glass with a “Melting Ice” texture on the bottom.
