Whenever space allows, we like to include a bi-fold dresser in our designs as these offer a practical storage solution for a kitchen. Dressers are perfect as sort of breakfast stations, as the doors fold back fully; the worktop area is perfect for storing a coffee machine and a toaster, with cups and plates above. This contemporary shaker kitchen with our bespoke inset handle is painted in Obsidian Green by Little Greene.

In this stunning kitchen, we have combined a classic shaker design and given it a fresh twist. We see so many beautiful homes in so many amazing locations, but every now and then we step into a home that really does take our breath away! Located on the most wonderfully serene country lane in the heart of East Sussex, Mr & Mrs Carter's home really is one of a kind. A period property originally built in the 14th century, it holds so much incredible history, and has housed many families over the hundreds of years. Burlanes were commissioned to design, create and install the kitchen and utility room, and a number of other rooms in the home, including the family bathroom, the master en-suite and dressing room, and bespoke shoe storage for the entrance hall.

The shape of this kitchen meant that the best possible location for the induction hob was on the peninsula. We placed the Miele hob on top of a bespoke 7-drawer unit and because the ceilings are quite low in the space, we felt that a downdraft extractor would be the best option for the space. This Westin extractor lifts up from the worktop and can be pushed down when not in use. We also love the waterfall edge, with the quartz worktop extending down the side creating a modern look.

Check out this luxury In-Frame Kitchen featuring our Tamworth door in custom Farrow & Ball colours, Pigeon & Cromarty. The frame for Tamworth is simple and refined, with gently rounded edges to remove the appearance of harsh lines. The moulding on the inner panel of this door features stepped, narrow moulding to provide a structured appearance.

This compact kitchen in Chelsea features our new, bespoke inset handle. It is our fresh and more contemporary take on the Shaker look. This kitchen is painted in Little Greene's 'Obsidian Green' which is a very dark green, creating a bold look. It pairs nicely with the satin chrome handles and the white quartz worktops with grey veining. The induction hob and ovens are by Miele. The client has a banquette seat on the other side of the peninsula, creating a perfect kitchen and dining area.

This AGA doubles down on the traditional style and design of this kitchen.
