Mudrooms can have style, too! The mudroom may be one of the most used spaces in your home, but that doesn't mean it has to be boring. A stylish, practical mudroom can keep your house in order and still blend with the rest of your home. This homeowner's existing mudroom was not utilizing the area to its fullest. The open shelves and bench seat were constantly cluttered and unorganized. The garage had a large underutilized area, which allowed us to expand the mudroom and create a large walk in closet that now stores all the day to day clutter, and keeps it out of sight behind these custom elegant barn doors. The mudroom now serves as a beautiful and stylish entrance from the garage, yet remains functional and durable with heated tile floors, wainscoting, coat hooks, and lots of shelving and storage in the closet. Directly outside of the mudroom was a small hall closet that did not get used much. We turned the space into a coffee bar area with a lot of style! Custom dusty blue cabinets add some extra kitchen storage, and mirrored wall cabinets add some function for quick touch ups while heading out the door.

Современный комплекс апартаментов. Пл. 54,6 м2 + веранда 14,9 м2 При создании интерьера была задача сделать студию для семьи из 3- х человек с возможностью устройства небольшой «комнаты» для ребёнка – подростка. Для этого в основном объёме применена система раздвижных перегородок, что позволяет при необходимости устроить личное пространство. При раздвинутых перегородках, вся площадь апартаментов открыта. Одна из стен представляет собой сплошную остеклённую поверхность с выходом на просторную веранду, с видом на море. Окружающий пейзаж «вливается» в интерьер», чему способствует рисунок напольного покрытия, общий для внутренней и уличной частей апартаментов. Несмотря на сравнительно небольшую площадь помещения, удалось создать интерьер, в котором комфортно находиться и одному, и всей семьёй.

床と壁の境い目には、通常「巾木」と呼ばれる建材を使いますが、Iさんが壁と床のトーンに合うものがなく悩んでいる際に、建築家から提案を受けたのが写真の施工。アルミフレームで壁面を浮かせて仕上げています。

We installed picture frame molding on an accent wall in the hallway that connects to the living room. Additionally, we completed the installation of porcelain tiles. As part of the project, we modified the ceiling to create a two-level design, with crown molding elegantly adorning both levels.

На стены коридора поклеили светло-бежевые обои с рисунком вертикальных полосок. На пол положили линолеум с рисунком тёмного паркета. Все межкомнатные двери также были заменены на новые. Потолки подобрали натяжные, чтобы не тратить время и средства на его выравнивание и шпаклёвку.
