We are excited to share our latest project a Modern Farmhouse. Our client loves East Coast style this was fun to create with the best bones we had to just select phenomenal materials to make this space look fantastic! Center stage is this great window with a view of a backyard oasis. The cabinetry is special and unique with doors that you can’t find everywhere. Take a close look at the details!! We blocked out the corner of the kitchen where the subzero refrigerator freezer is located to create a space for the pullout pantries that are located on each side of the ref/freezer. It is a design element but I prefer to cover the dishwasher to have an uninterrupted are that makes the sink a focal point. This kitchen sink is a native trails concrete farm sink which pairs perfectly with the caesarstone rugged concrete countertop. Custom made hood with charred wood that is the perfect accent to a subway tile that has rustic elements. In the center is a 36" wolf range, off to the left finishing out this kitchen is a steam unit. This beautiful home had a large kitchen that did not function well for the family. Prep space was sorely lacking and there were too many doors! The homeowner's did not like that they had to see their coats and shoes when in the space. With some creative designing, we were able to create this highly functional, and beautiful new kitchen (complete with a "hidden" coat storage area). Check out the reclaimed floating shelves and faux beams!

Young urban chic, semi-custom kitchen design with an eclectic mix of boho, farmhouse and industrial features and accents! All prefab cabinets mindfully designed to look custom, custom plaster range hood, reclaimed wood floating shelves and accent trim on hood, hammered brass hardware and sconces, Moravian star pendant light, beveled subway tile, Fireclay farm sink, custom drop leaf service cart that doubles as an island table with industrial bar stools, custom wine bar and iron mirror, custom bifold iron and glass French doors and a Turkish rug.

Open kitchen/living space design. Walk-in pantry, large island, natural stained knotty alder drawers and cabinets. Subway tile backsplash and mudroom entry with pocket door off to side.

A fun blue and white farmhouse kitchen with maple floating shelves and Aluminum doored wall cabinets. Cabinetry crafted by Crystal Cabinets. Cambria's quartz counter tops with Glazzio Frosted Glass subway tile complete the look. Surface hardware is a mix of black and brushed nickel by Top Knobs.

The butler's pantry connects to the dining room and kitchen/great room space. Ample cabinet storage, bar sink and beverage cooler.

Complete remodel of this 1st floor with opening dining room and kitchen to create open concept for young family to enjoy. Large island (104") with seating for five with lots of storage and hidden microwave. Island cabinet color: Blueberry. Cabinets are by Starmark Cabinets, Inset, Shaker. Farmer sink is cast iron by Kohler. Floating shelves are oak stained with Special Walnut by Minwax to match hardwood floors on the first floor. Appliances by Frigidaire Professional Series. Lighting and cabinet hardware by Restoration Hardware.

This project was a typical suburban house that the owner wanted to modernize. The home was only 10 years old so we reused the cabinets and appliances. We lowered the bar and added some farmhouse style accents.
