The latest roof we installed in Longmont was a CertainTeed Northgate Class IV Impact Resistant roof in the color Weathered Wood. This homeowner also chose to have water and ice installed on the eaves, ridge vent installed and soffit vents installed, new gutters and gutter screens installed.

The James Hardie siding in Boothbay Blue calls attention to the bright white architectural details that lend this home a historical charm befitting of the surrounding homes.

This project involved removing the existing stucco from the front façade and replacing it with Hardie 12" siding and Hardie shake. The straight shake was unavailable so we made had to custom make it. We also repaired the fascia around the house replace the existing fiberboard siding with hardie siding through out the garage and house.

This was an early 1980's built, suburban, Tudor style home. We replaced the entire front façade with Hardie as well as all soffit, fascia, and trim, the lap siding had been replaced previously. We completed the project with a 3 color Sherwin Williams paint job.

This project started because the client was getting new windows. We installed board and batten on the front with an accent of cedar shake and new cedarmill Hardie siding everywhere except the garage. We aslo install new fascia on the front of the house for esthetics, but the rest of the house was pretty solid so we left it alone. We then finished the project with two tone Sherwin Williams Emerald paint.
