The overall theme of the client's home is a blend of South Asian and retro styles with a touch of French influence. The extensive use of earthy tones coupled with vintage green hues creates a nostalgic atmosphere. Rich coffee-colored hardwood flooring complements the dark walnut and rattan furnishings, enveloping the entire space in a South Asian retro charm that exudes a strong Southeast Asian aesthetic. Diseño e interiorismo de salón comedor en 3D en Alicante. El proyecto debía tener un carácter nórdico-boho que evocase la playa, la naturaleza y el mar. Y ofrecer un espacio relajado para toda la familia, intentando mantener el mismo suelo y revestimiento, para no incrementar le presupuesto.

The project features a pair of modern residential duplexes with a landscaped courtyard in between. Each building contains a ground floor studio/workspace and a two-bedroom dwelling unit above, totaling four dwelling units in about 3,000 square feet of living space. The Prospect provides superior quality in rental housing via thoughtfully planned layouts, elegant interiors crafted from simple materials, and living-level access to outdoor amenity space.

Per questo progetto non ho ritenuto di cambiare gli arredi che erano in buono stato. Ho lavorato sull'aggiunta di complementi e di decorazioni in modo da rendere gli ambienti più accoglienti ed armoniosi. Ho poi integrato il sistema di illuminazione che era inadeguato, pensando anche a dei punti luce in grado di rendere un'atmosfera più soft, adatta ai momenti di relax.
