Jahann and Sons Persian RugsFor a large, sit-down New Year's Eve party, this client converted their living room into a second dining room. Their lovely Nain Persian rug was originally purchased with us decades ago, and this is the third home it has lived in in so many years. It always looks great!

Catriona ArcherThis impressive home has an open plan design, with an entire wall of bi-fold doors along the full stretch of the house, looking out onto the garden and rolling countryside. It was clear on my first visit that this home already had great bones and didn’t need a complete makeover. Additional seating, lighting, wall art and soft furnishings were sourced throughout the ground floor to work alongside some existing furniture.
Stella Ludwig Interiors,LLCThis design combined the 18th century luxury city dwelling style with some modern tones. The walls were given a yellow shade to bring a cozy warmth into the room. Stenciling was infused on to the walls to bring some subtle details. The chairs were reupholstered and repainted to give a nod to classical furniture but with a modern twist of color. Original dark wood moldings and shelving were maintained but to take away some of the darkness we painted the backing of the shelf the same warm yellow as the walls and introduced lights, so that the client could show case their family heirlooms and travel collections.

B Designs Interior'swhen we started this project all shannon knew was that she wanted to use her existing Stickley-mission dining room room set and asked if i could work in the dresser as well. I said I thought why not! We changed out the old chandelier and added this stunner by Robert Abbey "bling chandelier" We also added custom swags and cascades a more traditional and stately treatment to stand up to the chandelier in an ivory and gold shadow stripe. The room was freshly painted after knocking out the cut out to the kitchen that the previous owner added. To add warmth and texture we added the round area rug and i decorated the dresser as a side board with the large round Greek keyed mirror and ivory table lamps. next up was wall art and Voila'. The finishing touch this white pottery urn i found at homegoods and filled with amaryllis and greens for the holidays

We were in awe with the original detailing of the woodwork, exposed brick and wide planked ebony floors.
Simple elegance and traditional elements drove the design.
Quality textiles and finishes are used throughout out the home.
Warm hues of reds, tans and browns are regal and stately.
Luxury living for sure.
