Simple clean design...in this master bathroom renovation things were kept in the same place but in a very different interpretation. The shower is where the exiting one was, but the walls surrounding it were taken out, a curbless floor was installed with a sleek tile-over linear drain that really goes away. A free-standing bathtub is in the same location that the original drop in whirlpool tub lived prior to the renovation. The result is a clean, contemporary design with some interesting "bling" effects like the bubble chandelier and the mirror rounds mosaic tile located in the back of the niche.

This bathroom remodel was designed by Nicole from our Windham showroom. This remodel features Cabico Essence cabinets with maple wood, Stretto door style (flat panel) and Bonavista (blue paint) finish. This remodel also features LG viatera Quartz countertop with Rococo color and standard edge. This also was used for shelves in the shower. The floor and shower walls is 12” x 24” by Mediterranean with Marmol Venatino color in honed. The shampoo niche is also in the same tile and color but in 2” x 2” size in honed. Other features includes Maax tub in white, Moen chrome faucet, Kohler Caxton white sink, Moen Chrome Showerhead, Moen Chrome Valve Trim, Moen Flara Chrome light fixture, Moen chrome Towel Ring, and Moen chrome double robe hook. The hardware is by Amerock with Chrome Handles and Knobs.

A serene master ensuite with modern black hardware, a large corner glass shower. Large format tiles for a clean modern look, contrasted with mini chevron creating subtle texture and pattern. A dark blue vanity for brings a trendy highlight that is not over powering.

This new modern house is located in a meadow in Lenox MA. The house is designed as a series of linked pavilions to connect the house to the nature and to provide the maximum daylight in each room. The center focus of the home is the largest pavilion containing the living/dining/kitchen, with the guest pavilion to the south and the master bedroom and screen porch pavilions to the west. While the roof line appears flat from the exterior, the roofs of each pavilion have a pronounced slope inward and to the north, a sort of funnel shape. This design allows rain water to channel via a scupper to cisterns located on the north side of the house. Accessibility is something to keep in mind for those visiting your home. We designed this guest bath with a zero-entry shower and wide door openings. Since this home's side sits against one of Savannah's ubiquitous lanes, we added a skylight instead of a side window, which allows for natural light and complete privacy. This project shows an master bath and bedroom remodel moving shower to tub area and converting shower to walki-n closet, new frameless vanities, LED mirrors, electronic toilet, and miseno plumbing fixtures and sinks. Shower is 65 x 35 using 12 x 24 porcelain travertine wall tile installed horizontally with aligned tiled and is accented with 9' x 18" herringbone glass accent stripe on the back wall. Walls and shower box are trimmed with Schluter Systems Jolly brushed nickle profile edging. Shower floor is white flat pebble tile. Shower storage consists of a custom 3-shelf shower box with herringbone glass accent. Shelving consists of two Schluter Systems Shelf-N shelves and two Schluter Systems Shelf-E corner shelves. Bathroom floor is 24 x 24 porcelain travvertine installed using aligned joint pattern. 3 1/2" floor tile wall base with Schluter Jolly brushed nickel profile edge also installed. Vanity cabinets are Dura Supreme with white gloss finish and soft-close drawers. A matching 30" x 12" over toilet cabint was installed plus a Endura electronic toilet. Plumbing consists of Misenobrushed nickel shower system with rain shower head and sliding hand-held. Vanity plumbing consists of Miseno brushed nickel single handle faucets and undermount sinks. Vanity Mirrors are Miseno LED 52 x 36 and 32 x 32. 24" barn door was installed at the bathroom entry and bedroom flooring is 7 x 24 LVP.

Vivid Interiors It all began with an aqua Terrazo tile as the inspiration for -our client's master bathroom transformation. A master suite built for an Edmonds Queen, with walk-in closet, master bathroom, and 2 vanity areas were included. The project also included updates to her powder room and laundry room- which was relocated to the lower level. This allowed us to reframe her master suite area and create a larger, more dramatic, and very functional master bath. Angled walls made space-planning and reframing a challenging puzzle to solve and we not only had to measure the interior, but the exterior angles as well since we were removing walls. Luckily, the large “wet room” concept met the client’s needs and overcame this obstacle. The new space features a stand-alone tub open showering area, as well as sink vanity, and seated makeup area. Additionally, storage needs were addressed with a wall of cabinetry installed adjacent to the new walk-in closet. A serene color palette and a variety of textures gives this bathroom a spa-like vibe and the aqua highlights repeated in glass accent tiles. Our client enjoys her choice of a walk-in shower or soaking tub with bubbles in the modernized space. Storage was desperately needed, as you can see from the before photos, so the en-suite closet was designed in a linear wall configuration. The original Terrazo tile was used as the vertical accent in the corner of the shower and on the top of the rounded shower bench. Our client held onto her inspiration tile for years while she saved to create a budget worthy of this project and its amenities. Budget is always a consideration, and here our client chose to spoil herself. Some unique design features include: • The angled end of the makeup vanity with shelves for toiletries within easy reach of the tub and hidden view. • The makeup vanity side lighting, seated counter and a convenient laundry chute • The free-standing tub is perfectly positioned to create a direct sight-line through the master bedroom to the Puget Sound views beyond. • Wall-mount waterfall filler and controls at the tub eliminate a bulky floor mount faucet. • An angled countertop and glass shelving add interest between the sink vanity and closet cabinetry. • The toilet is tucked out of sight just past the first tall cabinet. • A glass partition blocks overspray from the shower. She now enjoys a spa like retreat every day!
