Light and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls. The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier. Our clients dreamed of a timeless and classy master bathroom reminiscent of a high-end hotel or resort. They felt their existing bathroom was too large and outdated. We helped them create a space that was efficient and classic with neutral colors to provide a clean look that won’t go out of style. Fun facts: - The toilet opens automatically when you approach it, is self-cleaning, and has a seat warmer. - The floors are heated. - We created a 4” ledge around their sink for more space to store toiletries.

Spa inspired principle bath in carrara marble with large soaker tub and double floating vanity features all the creature comforts- heated floors, automatic lighting under the vanity and large steam shower. It also offers convenient privacy with hidden automated shades at the touch of button.

This dreamy bathroom transformation involved very minimal layout changes to create a soothing spa experience right at home. The former materials in this bathroom were dark and heavy and a large tub deck created cramped, unproductive spaces. The remodel resulted in a bright, modernized spa-like master bathroom with brass fixtures and a Western Red Cedar tongue & groove wood ceiling that evokes the feel of being inside a sauna. Our designer, Anna, put a contemporary spin on this spa with the hexagon tile flooring, colorful blue cabinetry, and pill-shaped sinks. Although this bathroom did not change in size, the spaces feel more open with the new partial-height shower walls, freestanding tub, white tile, marble-like quartz slabs, and better lighting.

This dated 80s bathroom needed a real transformation. After removing the *cough* carpet from the floor and giant corner tub, we added a larger shower, private WC and gorgeous free-standing tub. The vanity is rift cut white oak with white quartz countertops. Marble-like porcelain flooring and marble wall tile complete the space.

Our Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in the Mid-Century Modern style bathroom, butler's pantry, and mudroom. We covered the bathroom walls and flooring with stylish beige and yellow tile that was cleverly installed to look like two different patterns. The mint cabinet and pink vanity reflect the mid-century color palette. The stylish knobs and fittings add an extra splash of fun to the bathroom. The butler's pantry is located right behind the kitchen and serves multiple functions like storage, a study area, and a bar. We went with a moody blue color for the cabinets and included a raw wood open shelf to give depth and warmth to the space. We went with some gorgeous artistic tiles that create a bold, intriguing look in the space. In the mudroom, we used siding materials to create a shiplap effect to create warmth and texture – a homage to the classic Mid-Century Modern design. We used the same blue from the butler's pantry to create a cohesive effect.
