with dramatic tile design and creative space planning we were able to incorporate a large shower and modernize the bath into a contemporary sanctuary for the homeowners

The custom made vessels and the accent tiles were the inspiration for this bathroom. These pieces were custom made by the artist, Samuel L. Hoffman, a potter, based on our specifications, color and inspiration. The detail on the front of the vessels represents the perfect wave to be out in the ocean surfing! My client wanted an ocean/sea feel for his master bathroom and blue was his color of choice. The crystals in the accent tiles, makes the perfect representation of the deep sea with a beautiful perfect dark blue to match the outside of the vessels. The rest of the materials were carefully chosen to help bring the sea feel to it - the rocks, the wood planks and the "sea salt" wall tile. Each accent tile was specifically placed to balance the bathroom. The sink wall was carefully tailored - we remove some of the white liners and inserted glass blue liners strategically to bring the blue to the wall without taking over the vessels. The shower has a trench drain without a curb to allow for a clean smooth shower floor. Bathroom has all the contemporary amenities my client was looking for! The goal was to open up this bathroom, update it, bring it to life! 123 Remodeling went for modern, but zen; rough, yet warm. We mixed ideas of modern finishes like the concrete floor with the warm wood tone and textures on the wall that emulates bamboo to balance each other. Após 8 anos no apartamento, morando conforme o padrão entregue pela construtora, os proprietários resolveram fazer um projeto que refletisse a identidade deles. Desafio aceito! Foram 3 meses de projeto, 2 meses de orçamentos/planejamento e 4 meses de obra. Aproveitamos os móveis existentes, criamos outros necessários, aproveitamos o piso de madeira. Instalamos ar condicionado em todos os dormitórios e sala e forro de gesso somente nos ambientes necessários. Na sala invertemos o layout criando 3 ambientes. A sala de jantar ficou mais próxima à cozinha e recebeu a peça mais importante do projeto, solicitada pela cliente, um lustre de cristal. Um estar junto do cantinho do bar. E o home theater mais próximo à entrada dos quartos e próximo à varanda, onde ficou um cantinho para relaxar e ler, com uma rede e um painel verde com rega automatizada. Na cozinha de móveis da Elgin Cuisine, trocamos o piso e revestimos as paredes de fórmica. Na suíte do casal, colocamos forro de gesso com sanca e repaginamos as paredes com papel de parede branco, deixando o espaço clean e chique. Para o quarto do Mateus de 9 anos, utilizamos uma decoração que facilmente pudesse mudar na chegada da sua adolescência. Fã de Corinthians e de uma personalidade forte, solicitou que uma frase de uma música inspiradora fosse escrita na parede. O artista plástico Ronaldo Cazuza fez a arte a mão-livre. Os brinquedos ainda ficaram, mas as cores mais sóbrias da parede, mesa lateral, tapete e cortina deixam espaço para futura mutação menino-garoto. A cadeira amarela deixa o espaço mais descontraído. Todos os banheiros foram 100% repaginados, cada um com revestimentos que mais refletiam a personalidade de cada morador, já que cada um tem o seu privativo. This client requested to design with aging in place details Note walk-in curbless shower,, shower benches to sit and place toiletries. Hand held showers in two locations, one at bench and standing shower options. Grab bars are placed vertically to grab onto in shower. Blue Marble shower accentuates the vanity counter top marble. Under-mount sinks allow for easy counter top cleanup. Glass block incorporated rather than clear glass. AS aging occurs clear glass is hard to detect. Also water spray is not as noticeable. Travertine walls and floors.
