Brilliant SA

We have worked with Italia Ceramics for many years and they have always offered great friendly service and prices! They work well with us as a team and provide relatively prompt responses to quotes and order confirmations. They have a beautiful showroom that is filled will new and updated tiles and trends. They are particularly good at getting tiles delivered to site on short notice!

Friendly and helpful in providing samples, alternatives and costings, including sourcing from other suppliers. Doesn't always get back same day- but not an issue with this project. Good follow up service if any problems and will follow up if any discrepancies in an order.
