The layout is spacious, providing plenty of room for entertaining. Bath: The bathroom exudes classic elegance, with a double vanity, marble countertops, and a clawfoot tub. The separate shower is encased in frameless glass, and the entire space is finished with refined fixtures and timeless accessories.

The bathroom is quite tight but we were able to get a spacious shower tucked away with an awesome capri-blue vanity with long niche in the center. The clients hung a mirror behind the vanity which completed the space and they chose some really fun tiles that compliment the blues and brass accents.

This project was a complete gut remodel of the owner's childhood home. They demolished it and rebuilt it as a brand-new two-story home to house both her retired parents in an attached ADU in-law unit, as well as her own family of six. Though there is a fire door separating the ADU from the main house, it is often left open to create a truly multi-generational home. For the design of the home, the owner's one request was to create something timeless, and we aimed to honor that.

This one is near and dear to my heart. Not only is it in my own backyard, it is also the first remodel project I've gotten to do for myself! This space was previously a detached two car garage in our backyard. Seeing it transform from such a utilitarian, dingy garage to a bright and cheery little retreat was so much fun and so rewarding! This space was slated to be an AirBNB from the start and I knew I wanted to design it for the adventure seeker, the savvy traveler, and those who appreciate all the little design details . My goal was to make a warm and inviting space that our guests would look forward to coming back to after a full day of exploring the city or gorgeous mountains and trails that define the Pacific Northwest. I also wanted to make a few bold choices, like the hunter green kitchen cabinets or patterned tile, because while a lot of people might be too timid to make those choice for their own home, who doesn't love trying it on for a few days?At the end of the day I am so happy with how it all turned out! --- Project designed by interior design studio Kimberlee Marie Interiors. This original bathroom was very small, so we knocked out the wall between the bathroom and the closet and took over the entire space for the bathroom. We wanted it to feel light, bright and a place that they could unwind and relax in. We had wainscot put in to match the grand stairway and radiant heat flooring keeps the space nice and warm at night if someone needs to go to the bathroom. The tile gives it a beautiful look and the overall feeling is relaxing.

Custom cement tile flooring, custom oak vanity with quartz countertop, Calacatta marble walk-in shower for two, complete with a ledge bench and brass shower fixtures. Brass mirrors and sconces. Attached master closet with custom closet cabinetry and a separate water closet for complete privacy.

A sister home to DreamDesign 44, DreamDesign 45 is a new farmhouse that fits right in with the historic character of Ortega. A detached two-car garage sits in the rear of the property. Inside, four bedrooms and three baths combine with an open-concept great room and kitchen over 3000 SF. The plan also features a separate dining room and a study that can be used as a fifth bedroom.
